It is confusing and not enjoyable. Watching the phone, I wasn’t able enjoy anything along the way. Also, it sent us toward a trail toward the park that had a path with six inches of snow.

You should only need to check it briefly when you're lost or you want to pause it to take a break. Were there specific directions that weren't clear? We want everyone to be able to focus on enjoying Leavenworth's beautiful Bavarian atmosphere rather than looking at their screens. As for the snowy trail, you're right that winter conditions can make some paths challenging, and we encourage guests to skip any sections that aren't easily accessible in the snowy months. You can simply move on to the next stop since each audio segment works independently. Unfortunately, the area of waterfront Park was snowed in and we were unable to access that half of the tour. After the new year they had a dump of 3 feet of snow. Therefore, half of the tour was inaccessible and it was difficult to operate the tour/phone to cut off that area and Restart elsewhere. Also, Very cold so went in and out of shops along the way. Did not work out as expected.
