This was so fun and exciting, with every twist and turn. Last minute idea turned into laughter and screaming. I recommend this to all young and old. So worth it. Wiley is a great tour guide I learned a lot. The dam had one open and was beautiful on its own. Saw a bald eagle and just has a blast!

We love the fact that Wiley was safety forward. Yet did not come off as a bore.
We felt safe and comfortable the whole trip.
Only downside is our cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing.
We had an absolute blast! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Safety is always our top priority on every Wenatchee jet boat tour, and our policies require the captain to take a firm approach if there are concerns that a rider may not fully understand or follow safety instructions.
On this trip, four other riders welcomed the safety procedures provided, had a fantastic time, and even tipped the captain afterward. Unfortunately, from the start there were several misunderstandings—first about the city where the tour is located, then finding the meeting point (despite detailed directions provided), and later during the safety briefing. When a guest misunderstands or resists those instructions, it creates serious safety concerns not only for them but for the entire boat.
While your friend sitting beside you clearly enjoyed the ride, it appeared you chose not to participate. Our role is to ensure that every passenger is safe on the Columbia River, and sometimes that requires the captain to be direct and serious. We will always uphold that standard—even if it results in a negative review—because guest safety is not negotiable.
We regret that your perspective of the ride was negative, but we stand firm in our commitment to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable adventure for all who come to explore Central Washington.

What a fun experience! We did the 15 mile ride. Wiley was professional, safe, and informative. We all enjoyed the ride. It was scenic and we had a blast with the whoop-di-doo turns. Wiley let us know when to expect them, which was helpful. The pictures and video are great mementos to have. Would definitely recommend!

We've never experienced anything so fun that the whole family entirely couldn't stop talking about. Willy stopped at key areas and shared his knowledge and friendly. He is very easy to ask questions. If your vacation or visiting Wenatchee don't hesitate to book a 15 mile Excursion. Our boys (17&11) asked if we could do this again when we visit Wenatchee again.

It was a very pleasurable ride & it was a hot summer day which made it even more enjoyable. We asked to get wet which the driver obliged which was great. Went with a group of family which made the boat ride more memorable. Loved the “tricks” the driver did!
