The tour took place in center of town, convenient location. The tour guide, Beth, is great. She has been providing tours for five years, shared a lot of historical information about the area, buildings, homes, families, commerce and influences during that time. The group size in this case was small [5] so we were able to see and hear everything of what Beth shared. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was a lot of fun. It was great to hear about the town. A little light on history. More stories of local families but it was fun and it didn’t hurt that the weather was beautiful.

It was a nice walking tour with an experienced guide Beth. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. However, parking may take more time. We arrived 30min earlier and we needed that time to park the car.

Beth was a good guide, she certainly knows and loves the history of Kennebunkport. The tour was very focused on the homes of shipbuilders, ship owners, and their families. We thought that it might be a bit more broad in scope. It was interesting to go into the interior of two of the locations.

We would have missed all
the details about the area if we had not taken the history walk with Pete, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about the legacy of the people who first settled the area. The group size of six was just right and we enjoyed being able to go into a couple of buildings. Pete introduced us to Nedham candies at the end, a nice treat.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and personable. We enjoyed learning about the beautiful town and its history. I gave it four stars rather than five because we did more standing than walking, and I had hoped to cover more walking miles! It was also quite expensive. It was nice to be in a small group and to have a guide who could answer our questions.
