Safe, fun, and not physically challenging. The bike can do as much of the work as you prefer. Chris was a fun tour guide. He provides everyone with bluetooth enabled helmets and so we can chat as we traverse the beautiful countryside.

A great experience e-biking through the vineyards in Healdsburg.
We arrived at HBT a little early, Chris and Bill(our Guide) had everything ready for us. The trails and roads were easy to navigate with not a lot of traffic; Note: it was a Wednesday (Mid week) so that may have played a role. The bikes were great...new and of good quality and easy to use. Had helmets that we could communicate with. one another (loved this!). Our guide "Bill" was informative and explained everything from the roads we would be on, to the wineries we would be stopping at. The wineries were all great with different experiences which made the day so amazing. We purchased wine at a couple of the wineries which they picked up for us and had it waiting for us at the end of our tour.
We had such a fun day! There is nothing like the experience of riding e-bikes through the vineyards and tasting great wine! Amazing!!!

We had great weather, a friendly and informative guide, beautiful scenery, tasty sandwiches, personal talks with winery owners at both stops…..what more could we ask!? Oh, yes…a van picked up our purchased wine from the wineries and Chris carried our wines to our car after the bike ride. Thank you!

Chris and Bill were very knowledgeable. Bill gave us a recommendation of a winery that wasn’t an original stop. We squeezed it in and became members. The sights were beautiful. Hills were a breeze with the e bikes.

What a wonderful time. Chris Comings (with an assist from his Dad, Bill) offers an amazing experience. At 72, having not rode a bike for more than 50 years, I was to put it mildly terrified of doing this but my Cousin Patty who is a champion bike rider said it would be great. Chris and Bill were super patient with me, getting me accustomed to electric bikes, let alone a bike! Once I got my act together, it was great. Beautiful, beautiful scenery with expert wine country commentary and history from Bill. We had bluetooth mics in our helmets so we could hear everything Bill said which included a patient "Dad-like" check-in to make sure I was ok. The wineries that we stopped at loved Chris and Bill, giving us extra special treatment. And Chris was not far behind in the van if we wanted to buy wine and not have to carry it. These guys thought of everything: top-notch bike bags to carry our valuables, great water bottles, and introducing us to the "turbo" feature on the bikes which really helped me get going. This could not have been more fun. Chris is a seasoned pro in the hospitality industry and he brought all that know-how to Bike Tours Sonoma. My Cousin Patty already bought a gift certificate as a holiday present. Book with these guys. By the end of the day, we felt like family!

What an enjoyable day we had! Communication was great - Chris and Bill were very nice to work with and they incorporated wineries that suited our taste preferences. Our day with them was one of the highlights of our visit to Healdsburg!
