Just a normal and expensive rollercoaster. A “tourist trap”- better to save the money for an amusement park with unlimited rides.

We bought tickets online at Viator and still had to wait an hour in line to get the paper tickets to ride a 2 minute ride! This ride is $17 each for a 3 minute ride up the mountain and 2 minutes down if your lucky. If you are like my husband he got behind a lady that stopped and got no speed from the ride!! That being said the most disappointing thing was only one person manning the ticket line and they sell a $35 all day ride ticket. All those repeat riders skipped the line several times before we even got to do our one ride!!! A bunch of rude kids pushing us aside to ride again and again!! It took us 45 minutes to get into Gatlinburg for such a disappointing activity. Stay in Pigeon Forge and ride one of the many coasters in town and save yourself some time folks and stress folks!!

It was an hour long wait for literally a five minute ride. My teen and I felt it should be twice as long and then, it would be so much fun! It was a def made for all ages to ride it.

I purchased this experience for myself and my girlfriend as a surprise during our trip to Gatlinburg while visiting the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. I originally planned for us to ride on Thursday night to enjoy the coaster with all the lights on. Unfortunately, a thunderstorm caused the ride to shut down, and I never received any notification that it was closed. The website also did not provide any updates about the shutdown, which was frustrating.
On the positive side, the staff were very kind and accommodating. They honored my Thursday tickets and allowed us to use them the next day, which I appreciated. As for the ride itself, it was fun but honestly just okay. It felt a little too short for the price, and while both my girlfriend—who loves roller coasters— and I enjoyed it, we were still left wanting.
Overall, I’d say it’s worth doing once if you’re already in Gatlinburg and curious, but it’s not a must-do. The staff made the experience smoother, but the value for the price just wasn’t there for me.

Age requirements confusing. Site says infants allowed on laps but our 2 year old was not tall enough. Should have specified a height requirement.

We enjoyed both times we rode it. We did a morning/ day ride and a night. The night ride was an amazing experience. So I recommend doing both.

Super fun experience although the ride was short -we wanted more :-) The hand break allows you to control the speed so it was good for the littles too! Staff was super friendly and professional.

This was a fun roller coaster! Not as fast as I expected but very cool! The staff was very polite too. Would recommend it! I wish we could have made it back for a night ride to see all the Halloween lights & stuff!

The ride was great fun. However the girl dealing with the tickets could have been more friendly. Felt like she couldn't be bothered to be there so always makes the initial experience poor when you first arrive.
