Our guide Wes was superb! He gave us many scientific and historical facts about the Great Smoky Mountains, its peaks, trails, plant life and wildlife! His passion for sharing knowledge of this region was contagious and inspiring. Seeing so many breathtaking views and stopping to take pictures was wonderful from the overlook of Gatlinburg to the Kuwohi Peak(Clingmans Dome). Highly recommend this tour to first time visitors like us.

Kendil was so knowledgeable and has lived in the area most of her life and hiked all over the area even to the tops of many of the high points we saw on the tour. Told us about the history and the fire. We stood on the state line of Tennessee and North Carolina. Had time to read all the signs and see the place where Rockfellar and FDR dedicated the park in 1934.
The 1.30pm tour on Sunday was not very crowded and had little traffic. It was a beautiful clear fall day and we could see for miles! My only regret was not having an extra hour to hike up Kuwohi, the highest point to view all seven states.
Kendrick even dropped us off in town and gave us recommendations on where to eat for dinner and how to get back to the Visitor center on the FREE Gatlinburg Trolley. It was a wonderful trip!!!

We want to provide some clarification for you here.
We have a very strict safety policy and when our vans hit a certain mileage, we send them straight to the shop for inspections. Just to clarify, there was nothing wrong with the brakes, but we take every precaution and safety measure very serious. We are sorry that your trip fell in those mileage policies. We had to offer a different time or day for your tour and unfortunately, that could not align with your availability.
We hope you understand what we had to do to keep our high standard intact. Please consider removing this review or going on a trip at no expense next time you’re here so we can show you our experiences.

They canceled our tour with a 2 hour notice. Waiting on a refund. Was really looking forward to it. They wanted us to go Sunday but we are leaving that fay.

It was a great tour. The driver was so knowledgeable and on time. The trip itself was great. My only complaint is that I was under the assumption we would be allowed to walk up to clingmans dome, but we were only allowed to be at the bottom not venture up. I get it with the time restraints but had planned for that. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely work with this company again!!!

Gorgeous scenery, and having a guide to drive us to particularly scenic points was nice so both my husband and I could enjoy the views and not be watching the road. The guide's storytelling of the mountain's history and culture was good; I would have liked even more of that.

Great tour! We saw parts of the park we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and was passionate about the park. Good small group but being in the back of the van it was hard to hear all that was said.

Tour guide, Shannon, was a great source of information. She shared about her personal achievements completing the Appalachian trail, and gave great facts about the park and the stops we made. They provided snacks and water. (Well appreciated on a hot day.) We had a great time. There's not enough time to hike up the Clingmans Dome but enough time to explore the area and visit the shop. Shannon was very helpful in taking our pictures at every stop. Just wish the tour was longer. Highly recommended.

Wes White was our tour guide.He was very knowledgeable about the tour and also very personable . We enjoyed experiencing something different that we don’t normally do . My husband and I were the only two on the tour so we had all of his attention .He did a great job.
