We had a great time! Loved the sharing of pics from previous visitors! Felt uneasy and weird in the mortuary underground! Have orbs in my video! Also loved being able to use IMF meter! Fun paranormal activity!! Exceptional, educational and entertaining! Very accommodating for my hearing loss, also really appreciate being told about stairs and being careful! Mark was very knowledgeable!!

This was an interesting tour. Lots of great historical facts mixed in with some ghost hunting. While we didn't encounter any spirits ourselves, the history was convincing. The tour guide (Koreen) was very good...personable and knowledgeable. It was a fun tour, especially this time of year (October). I'd take friends to do it again.

It is a worth while tour for sure. The guide was a good story teller and we learned some good history along with the spooky stories. Most of the tour was underground which was extra interesting. The guide was funny, but not over the top. We enjoyed the tour.

Mark was a great tour guide! He is very knowledgeable and has great stories! I would recommend the private tour for next time as we had a person who was under the age limit and would not listen to what Mark was telling them caused a little frustration however it did not completely ruin the experience as Marks facts and knowledge filled our frustrations with interest and excitement

Our guide was knowledgeable and funny, but the tour was not what I expected. This was a good historical tour but nothing about it felt haunted. I would recommend reading up on what natural spirits are like, and elaborate on smells, sounds, ways to determine whether or not this a true experience of a spirits. Enjoyed getting behind the scenes of the businesses and loved ending at Walrus... Just need to elaborate on historical features and hauntings... thanks, Marsha

Ft. Collins ghosts only reside in cellars?

The storyteller was great, but I didn't know beforehand that every stop would be in a basement. I made it through two stops, but my bad knees and the mold and dust in the two prevented me from wanting to continue on for the final two. Maybe healthy, young, ghost hunters wearing masks are your audience. You really should let people know the entire tour consists of cellars.

This was our introduction to Ft. Collins. We just moved here and we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. It was a quirky and entertaining way to see the town from a side you don’t hear about very often. Our guide did a great job (Em), and really seemed to get into the stories he told. We had a lot of fun, and would recommend it to others.

A very fun experience going into the basements of historical buildings. This tour was a great combination of history and ghost stories. The chances to explore old basements and use EMF meters added a lot! We had a great time and will definitely be competing back!
