We were a group of 5. Showed up 15 minutes before our start time as instructed. No one from the tour company showed up. I started sending messages 5 minutes after the official start time. Received a response 10 minutes later with a refund. Tour was cancelled. Little good the refund does since we could not get any other tours into Uffizi. We booked this tour more than a month ago. Not very professional, they should have offered us a tour for later in the day.

Uffizi is amazing, a must do experience! It was the most interesting tour we had during our trip. Our guide was very well knowledgeable and gave us some very interesting details. And she also gave us some very good tips for dinner! Absolutely recommended
