Walking for an hour and 45 minutes seems long but the guide kept us in the shade and kept things interesting. He gave us many interesting insights into the history and architecture of Florence and we are so glad we did the tour.

This walking tour was awesome! Our guide took us into hidden nooks other tours passed by (we watched them) and organized the tour as a story which hit all of the major landmarks in downtown Florence. Highly recommend this tour!

Sarah was fantastic! We were a family of five, including three teenagers, and she was engaging, informative, and fun. We love history, and she was extremely patient with all our detailed questions and side quests. We got a good sense of Florence and its history and it helped us decide how best to spend the remaining days in the city.

We had an amazing walking tour of Florence with Sarah today! At first, we thought the tour might be delayed or canceled because of the weather, but thankfully the lightning and rain moved on and we were able to continue. Sarah was even kind enough to wait for us and another family that were running a little behind, which we really appreciated.
Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable it honestly felt like we were part of a documentary. She explained everything so clearly and brought the history of Florence to life in such an engaging way. The headsets and earpieces were also a huge plus because we could hear her perfectly even when we weren’t standing right next to her.
We learned so much, saw so many beautiful and historic places, and truly enjoyed the entire experience. This was an excellent tour, and we would highly recommend it especially with Sarah as your guide!

We really enjoyed our tour. We saw a lot we would not have seen nor known. The information was good and laid out nicely in the 1 hr 45 min tour. You do walk far and fairly fast so any troubles walking, you should avoid this tour. Sometimes the broken English is hard to understand, but you catch enough of it as you go.

The guide was fabulous. Interesting and knowledgeable. The group was small - 3 couples and me - just 7 of us. Unfortunately, I stopped to take a picture and when I finished, the tour guide and 3 couples were gone. No visuals or sound from the vox. Luckily I had the Ponte Veccio in sight, so I just walked there, and shopped, ate, and went back to my hotel. I was slightly miffed that the tour guide didn't look to ensure all 7 of her group was with her before she left the area. It would be different if there were 10 or 20 of us. Oh well. I still have the tour company's vox. Maybe they'll try to find me to get it back.

I did enjoy this experience. I would do it again, but I wish our tour guide spoke better English. I feel like I missed some things.. I know he was trying and he was a nice tour guide but when I’m trying to learn something, I appreciate understanding everything that’s being told to me.
