Great experience hit all the highlights and helped me truly understand the connection between history and the art. Highly recommend especially if you’re on an abbreviated tour there is so much to experience and this was perfect in whittling down to the must see!!!

The Viator information sent us to the wrong meeting place. We tried to text, call, and email and got no response. We were refused our money back. We have screenshots and printed documents all giving the same wrong meeting point. Will keep pushing for a full refund but very disappointed as we did not get into the Uffizi

There was no "skip the line". We waited 1 hour to get in the museum.
The guide was not in a good mood, he was in a hurry and he didn't take care of the special needs of the group.

Difficult customer service. Group left without us. We were one minute late and the company would not reach out to tour guide. They would not even provide the tickets

So much to see, so little time to enjoy. This tour was a great way to see the highlights of the Uffizi. Our guide, “Fredi” was amazing! Her knowledge of art history made the pictures come alive. She was also point out little details that most people would never know about. Truly an awesome experience.

We skipped the long lines that we saw on exit…..
Laura our guide was fabulous - she brought the whole thing to life & guided us gently through a mammoth art experience!
I will never forget some of those painting that I studied many years ago in school - it was emotional standing in front of them & hearing Laura explain them in ways I had never heard before….

Our small group tour was led by Frederika, who was just great. We had been to the Uffizi before, but it was well worth it to have a very knowledgeable professional like Frederika to provide more depth and insight. Also, going early was nice, since we avoided some of the crowds.

The guide was amazing. I highly recommend it. I went with my 8 year old and she enjoyed it very much. The guide made it fun and provided a very concise and deep synopsis of the paintings. My daughter still remembers even though we went a few months ago. I highly recommend it. It was great.

We had a hard time finding the kiosk, and ended arriving a few minutes late. The tour guide couldn't be contacted, and didn't pick up our tickets. We managed to find the tour guide before they entered the museum, but she just said she was sorry, and wouldn't help us, and turned her back to us. The girl at the kiosk also said that she couldn't do anything, and that our money was lost. The least that they could have done was collect our tickets, in case we showed up (they were paid for, anyway), but they chose to pocket our money. Awful experience!
Afterwards, we also found out that there is no 'breakfast', just a break to have coffee.
We had to wait in line, and purchase new tickets.

Tour was excellent. "Breakfast" is a bit misleading since it implies food is included. Later notice said coffee only. Our guide treated us to a small confection when we expressed confusion about having to buy our food. She was outstanding as a teacher, knowledgeable and charming throughout. Her name was Francesca Messina.

This is a relatively fast-paced tour of the Uffizi. Necessarily so, since there is an immense wealth of art on display there. You could spend a whole day just looking at the ceilings of the corridors. Our guide, Sibele, did a great job of steering us to the highlights of the museum, giving us art-historical background information as we went. Breakfast was light (coffee and rolls) but a nice break between the two halves of the tour. The sound system was of pretty poor quality. I found it easier to understand Sibele just standing close with the earphone out. Be sure to stay several more hours after the tour is officially over. You'll want to go back and visit the rooms that were skipped (there are some treasures there), or to spend more time with your favorites. Overall, a very good experience!

Great experience. It was wonderful to get into the museum early with little wait time. Tour guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Breakfast on the terrace was great at tour's midpoint. Highly recommend this tour.

This tour was great, worth every penny!!! There were only 3 people on my tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I learned all about the history of Florence and of the paintings in the Uffizi. I highly recommend it!

This was an unexpected delight. We signed up because we were worried about the summer crowds and long lines, but the tour guide was very knowledgable, interesting, and made the vastness of the Uffizi's collection manageable by focusing on key/important works of art and history. One note on breakfast, be sure to plan ahead the night before and have something to eat before you go. The breakfast provided is lovely, a pastry and coffee on the outdoor deck of the museum, but it doesn't happen until half-way through the tour. We had to leave the hotel before room service was available and most cafes were still closed, so best to buy something the night before to have in your room, or you won't have anything until around 9/9:30am.

Having done a similar tour of the Vatican - buffet breakfast - we were extremely disappointed in this tour. AUD110 each got us entry, coffee, a small croissant and the guide with dodgy audio system. We arrived as requested - at 745am. Left on the street in the wind and cold till 8am and trudged across a few blocks to the Ufizzi why couldn't the meeting point be - logically - at the Ufizzi?. Then the chaos of queuing up and security and it was well past 8.30am before we entered. Breakfast at 10am and we were left hungry and bewildered - 'is that it?' being the general comment. Save your money. Entry is only 12.50 and you can hire audio guide systems quite cheaply at the gallery. Spend your savings on a nice breakfast at any of the hundreds of cafes in the area.

The tour guide was good. The history of the Medici and Pitti Palaces was very interesting. A lot of great artwork by Leonardo, Michaelangelo, others, brilliant. Kind of went too fast through some of the parts of the museum.
The breakfast was a pastry and a cup of coffee, tea or other beverage. Not scrumptious.
All and all, glad I did it.

The museum is quite large and there is a lot to see, our tour guide was quite knowledgeable and focused on the most note worthy pieces, the only downside is the breakfast is only a croissant and coffee or juice.

Excellent tour! Despite the crowds, Francesca took us straight to the front of the line, and guided us through the museum. When we started getting tired, it was time for breakfast on the terrace with great view of Florence! After the tour, we were able to remain in the museum to see more. Francesca was very knowledgeable and a good communicator.

I was really disappointed with this tour. Our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable very friendly, but what disappoitned me was the way this tour was sold vs the reality of the tour. The description makes it sound like you'll be entering before anyone else and have an opportunity to view many of the works of art with just your tour group. That is simply not the case. We actually entered after a lot of other people and the museum was crowded the entire time we were there. The breakfast was also disappointing, the delicious Italian breakfast was a basket of pastries placed on the table with no plates to eat off of, a cup of coffee your choice and some water in a loud and crowded cafe.
Again, The tour guide herself was wonderful, friendly and very patient in answering questions that were asked of her. The problem was just with the way this tour was advertised. It's not an exclusive type of deal at all, the breakfast is more of a light snack than a breakfast, and you're not getting early entrance the tour just starts early.
Also the tour didn't meet at Uffizi, they had us meet near an Apple store several blocks away which caused some confusion.
