Bait and Switch- they have no e-bikes! Total money grab

I'm disappointed with this tour – felt like a bait-and-switch, and it seemed like a money grab. We were switched from an e-bike to a vespa at the last minute. we weren't experienced with riding vespa’s. We received Inadequate vespa instructions, also noticed there were no e-bikes at the location which means they probably don’t even have e-bikes available. Our guide barely spoke to us, we literally park and then he said meet back in one hour no history or general information on where were. He also didn't provide help when I got injured and ask for bandaids or towels to stop the bleeding due to a leg injury. He just said go to hospital I had 6 stitches and the doctor was upset it took so long to get there as i had cut a vein and was losing alot of blood. Terribly run tour; Viator shouldn't offer it.

As for the switch, we have communicated about it via WhatsApp and you agreed. We didn't switch the E-Bike to Vespa without your permission. The instructor gave you the needed instructions about driving a Vespa and you passed the test, which was the first important thing before doing a Vespa tour. The guide advised you to drive carefully and has been there all the time, leading you while riding. We are sorry for the incident that happened, it was something unexpected. The guide and all the staff were there at your disposal and help when all this happened, and they helped you out until the ambulance came. We are sorry to hear such opinion about our team, as they were there for you all the time. Despite all, we are glad that you're better now, and we wish you a full recovery soon.
