Fantastic experience. Our guide was brilliant ( forgot name but tour was 2/6/2025). We went out of Florence city into the suburbs with stunning views of the city from above. Bikes were well maintained and easy to ride.

Great experience but be ready for a little confusion at the beginning

Started out slow but was really great got to check out some hidden favorite places suggested by our guide. There was a bit of confusion at the beginning (I dont think our guide mentioned his name because other folks were arguing over who got an e-bike or not) we were told we got an upgrade (but we didn’t) it’s fine everyone got a bike and to be fair: some folks looked like they needed E-assist. Our guide took us to see lots of different places and points of historical interest on both sides of the Arno. The none- E bikes are the funky beach cruiser 3 speed bikes that locals use to commute. Nothing fancy. No helmets necessary or required. Lots of stopping g and starting

Awful bikes and boring tour guide

Almost hitting a pedestrian because my e bike kept driving although I wanted to stop. My girlfriends bike had no brake because they OILED the disk brakes WTF?!? The tour guide had 0 additional information and just showing the buildings - telling their names. No background stories no fun facts, nothing. Tour guide was riding through red lights and told us not to stick to her. Of course part of the group got lost. We have joined bike tours in other cities and this was the worst so far…

This was a e-bike tour. It shold be told in the info of the tour. Nice to get up to the hills though and see the view. My e- bike didnt work, so I had do it manually to the hills. The tourguide was ok, but not very passioned about what he had to share.

It was a nice bike ride with lots of interesting information about the city. Cycled past the highlights where we also got info. The viewpoint was also very nice. A guide who knew how to tell a lot!

Bon guide, on a dû ajuster les vélos plusieurs fois, siège et la roue qui bouge vraiment en descendant les côtes. En plus, on a du changer notre heure car une erreur dans la réservation d’après le fournisseur. Mais, nous avons aimé notre tour. Le fait d’être allé à la place de Michel Ange était super.

Esperienza molto interessante e soprattutto guida gentile e professionale... punteggio basso per l'organizzazione. Avevamo prenotato il tour per le 11:30 abbiamo aspettato fino alle 12:15 per ricevere la notizia che la guida non si era presentata alla prenotazione e abbiamo dovuto posticipare il tour alle 13:30 con una nuova guida.

Super visite de Florence

Une manière très sympa de visiter florence en famille. Cela permet de quitter le centre ville rapidement et facilement et de monter un peu sur les hauteurs de la ville ( notamment sur la place Michel Angelo !!!) Le guide était très sympa. Nous avons juste trouvé que ça manquait un peu d'explication et d'anecdotes historiques... On aurait aimé en apprendre davantage sur cette ville incroyable !
