- Kids are welcome: We only ask that your children have been riding for a while, are comfortable riding in a group, and can navigate riding a bike on various surfaces and shared traffic roads (please provide the kids' height and age)
- Kids equipment available for muscular bikes only - please provide height and weight of your child to ensure we can provide the right item for you.
- Pregnant women are strongly discouraged from joining bike tours due to cobbled streets
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers

What a wonderful way to explore and cover significant ground in Florence! Born and raised in Florence, Manolo is a fount of knowledge, and he is an engaging and dynamic guide. He also made us feel safe biking in a group that included our 13- and 10-year-olds. Bravo, Manolo, on a job well done! We highly recommend this tour.

The good:
The guide was excellent. She was very informative.
The earphones worked well and we could hear our guide talking to us.
The bikes (DON’T GET ELECTRIC) worked fine. We got the manual bikes and glad we did. If you can’t pedal the short distances (5 minutes) or over a small bridge (minor incline), you should reconsider this tour.
The questionable:
Most of the trip was going from one close location to another. Each ride was quick. Few minutes. So you’re not riding much.
You are riding through heavy tourist locations with lots of people, taxis, and Vespas (scooters). Trying not to hit someone while trying not to get hit can be a little stressful. We had some older folks in our group (70+) and they struggled.
All in all we had a good time.
As long as you know what you’re getting into, it might be right for you.
Great tour to do one of your first days in Florence as it gives you the “lay of the land” and where everything is that’s pretty much important. Alicia was a wonderful guide spoke good English.
Our guide, Claudia, was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and shared so many interesting facts about Florence.
Benedetta, our guide, was wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and shared great history and stories of Florence.
Alex was a great tour guide. Kept us all safe on the bikes, very friendly and knowledgeable. She is a native of Florence and had many tips for us to do during our stay.
This is a must do tour ... far more enjoyable than walking tours and covering the entire city in ~3 hours. Our guide Alessandro as a Florentine native was excellent and I would highly recommend her.
This was my favorite part of our 10 day 3 city experience. The guilde provided us information about the city of Florence, not just the early history.
We learned about the 4 neighborhoods and Florence Soccer/football. If they don’t tell you about it ask. It is very unique to Florence.
My wife and I did this on our first day in Florence, and it was such a great way to get a lay of the land, learn about the history, and understand how the city developed over time. Our guide was amazing, and she made the day so enjoyable. I highly recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Florence.

Urban bikers need to be able to do more than just ride a bike. You need to be able to navigate pedestrians and traffic too! Our guide did an excellent job at leading our group throughout the ride.

Loved the tour- we had boys 9 and 13, and it was safe for them to ride around the city. The kids said it was the best tour we have done during the entire trip. A nice gelato stop and good recommendations from the guide. Highly recommend it, def a must do

It is out in traffic but manageable. Bouncy rides but no real hills.
The info is interesting if heavily slanted as you might expect.
They take their job seriously, taking care of you and answering questions.
Fantastic tour of Florence. Great bikes, no need for e-bike upgrade. The tour was informative, fun, entertaining and even included a gelato stop! Our guide, Giovanni, was fantastic and did a great job keeping us safe and giving us the history. We traveled with our 2 kids (ages 10 and 12) who have experience riding bikes in US streets with cars, but this was next level. We still felt safe and had a great experience. It was a great experience, only about 4 miles of riding, but lots of great information and fun a long the way. Thanks Giovanni!
Great morning spent biking through the various areas of Florence. Good way to get an overall orientation with plenty of history and information along the way and then decide what you would like to explore further on your own. Had a great guide and a great activity.

The route was thoughtfully planned, taking us through both the famous landmarks and some hidden gems I never would have discovered on my own. Riding through the historic streets gave me a unique perspective of the city, and it was such a fun way to explore without feeling rushed.

Provided a look at the 4 neighborhoods of Florence plus the main sights! Our tour guide Alessandra was born and raised in Florence so had a lot of insights into the city - places to eat, museums to see etc. plus she was very funny!
This is not a fast cycling ride, but rather, a leisurely ride. However, there are often pedestrians, cars and motorcycles to dodge while riding (usually slowly) along bumpy streets as you take in sights. Some biking confidence is needed.
Our guide, Manuel, was very pleasant and informative and led our group of 11 riders easily. We had headsets that allowed us to hear his comments as we rode, which was great. The tour took us to various central squares and key sights (such as Duomo, Ponte Vecchio) and provided a nice introduction to the old city. We periodically stopped for our guide’s explanation of points of interest and associated history, which we found interesting.
Our day was sunny and beautiful and starting with the first tour of the day made vehicle/people congestion less than would occur later in the day.
Fun bike ride around town with fun facts for adults about the interesting city and Florence history. Even with small kids it was fun and safe and our youngest (5) went behind dad on an extra wheel and our oldest (7) did it on her own bike! Kids see other things in towns and they noticed other things on bikes than in a car or walking
This is a really fantastic and comprehensive tour of the main squares and sites of Florence. Veronica was a superb and knowledgeable guide with a ton of local knowledge. Highly recommend
Great activity for a solo traveler! Manuel was super knowledgeable and made the ride fun! It was just over 5 miles, but with lots of breaks and stops
We had a fantastic tour with this company. Only 8 people in our group, great new bikes and a nice headset, so everybody could well understand the guide (Giovanni). Great guy. So relaxed, took time for every question. Not too much information, lots of anecdotes and funny facts. Saw all the highlights. Our compliments! 5/5
Tremendous way to visit Florence! Our guide was delightful. We signed up for a three hour trip, and i was afraid it would be too long, but it went by in a flash. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely time on our Florence bike tour! CJ, our tour guide, was such a great guide - funny, knowledgeable and so friendly. A really great way to get your bearings in a new city, learn about the history, and see some of the gorgeous sights!
