Drinks were good, food was great, service was exceptional. People loved taking pictures in the building which made it more exciting. Would definitely go for a different menu than the Gold as it seemed limited but otherwise everything was great. Thank you!

The location is beautiful and filled with musical instruments. They have a guitar of Disturbed rock band. Staff very helpful and cheerful. The guys at the shop are also very helpful, they have a lot of energy AC DC. Initially we wanted to buy only shirts but at last we bought a lot of things. We were served with Gold Menu. Cake was delicious. We were happy to listen to music...We listened Metallica and Nirvana.

This is classic Hard Rock. We were there on a Friday from 6:30 8:00 PM and seating was not an issue. With this package, the advantage is supposed to be priority seating but I did not see that as a necessity the night we went. You will have to commit to a pretty limited menu which may or may not be what you really want when you get there. The basic plan also has a salad as an appetizer and then has a choice of chicken Caesar salad which isnt an appealing combination. The drinks are not refillable. Also, the chefs choice for dessert that night was pumpkin pie. Not kidding - - pumpkin pie. Unless you expect seating to be an issue, there is no advantage to ordering this package. You are committing to a very limited menu.

Excellent, completely worth paying for. We arrived and requested an outdoor table, waited maybe five minutes max by browsing the shop and then we were seated. The food was excellent. It actually cost us less to book skip the line than if we'd turned up out of the blue!

Really nice 3 course meal and drink which worked out very good value for money. The Half Chicken in barbeque sauce was huge and couldn't finish it. Staff were helpful and informative and speed of service good.

The tour was fun and each of the islands are nice, it's fun going over in the boat and the tour guide speaks in different languages, but if I went back I would just buy a ticket to burano. It's the only island worth seeing and it would have saved money and we would have been able to stay longer

The Hard Rock is awesome and a great break from traditional italian cooking. This is a great value, do not hesitate especially if ribs and the biggest brownie sundae is on your punch list !!!

First time at a Hard a rock cafe, what place to do it than in Florence! It was a great atmosphere, nice drinks and food, good music and we happened to call in a night when a band was playing!

Hard Rock is always fun. The coupon value was good despite not offering the salmon or steak option that the Venice HRC Diamond deal offers. The ribs and chicken were fine. The waitress was good fun and delightful. The music promoted as rock was really not. It was more Italian pop/folk. The facility is very nice with some great memorabilia.

My children enjoy visiting Hard Rock Cafes around the world. This was enjoyed. You received alot of food for the cost. We only waited for about five minutes to get a table. Also, my children wanted to order different food and they allowed them to; they just applied the credit of what I paid to what they ordered. Enjoyed!

This is such a fabulous deal we got the best seats right in front of the stage and all the action. Francesco our waiter was superb and we could nit have any more food. We chose the diamond menu we had ceaser salad, full rack of ribs ,icrecream sundae and cooldrinks. Excellent price all the staff new we had pre paid no hassles. Great idea to pay before your trip so it feels like your spending money goes on the good stuff not food. Lol
