Our guide was nice and knowledgeable but unfortunately the tour was not as described on Viator. We had samples from a market and a few stores and ended with some wine and charcuterie at a restaurant. Would not select this tour again.

During the experience, you tasted a variety of authentic Florentine specialties at the Central Market, including local cheeses, cured meats, different local wines, and the traditional Vin Santo with cantuccini. The tour concluded with another typical Florentine tasting at the restaurant Vista d’Uomo. Considering the price of the tour, we believe it offers excellent value and an authentic local experience. We appreciate that other guests may have different expectations.
