Tuscany bike tour/wine tour

We enjoyed this experience! It was a 5 star experience but the few notes below suggest more of 4-4.5 star experience. The people were great. The views were great. The details of the trip when booking it were a bit vague but went with the booking anyway. I got the impression that it was all day. But was from 10-3pm there and back including lunch, wine, small winery tour and bike ride. There was not any castle tour as the description suggested. The bike ride was short (said it was 10km, but felt much less) but the host stopped and help take plenty of photos and was very nice Italian man with just enough English! The lunch was nice but was not filling. Some meat, cheese, bread and cous cous with ragu sauce. The wine tasting was very nice. Overall 2 adults and 3 kids enjoyed the experience very much!

You had full refund, Viator, third party where you actually booked, fully refund you, has be nice for you to stay home.

We signed up for a bike tour. We were informed that it was not available the morning of and offered a refund or a vesper tour. Being we booked it the night before we had no choice to take the vesper tour or nothing for the day. While the tour was actually very good.we felt the bike tour should not have been available for purchase the night before if it was not going to be honored.

Great lunch. Great guide who kindly got me through. Im not a regular bike rider so the even smallest hills were too much for me. I had to walk most of them. It was the height of summer which wore me down. My husband however is a regular rider and had no troubles. Great antipasto and pasta lunch with great Chiant wine. Ouf tour guide Niccola was great and understanding.
