By far an amazing day, the description of the tour was understated in the fact that we were to be sized for a bike and brought to our start off. There were only four of us plus the tour guide Leif, we started the tour from the bike shop. It is a total of 22 miles. Eleven uphill and eleven backdown. It was a little more challenging then I anticipated but I did it. Leif and my fellow tourist stuck with me and encouraged me to keep going and so glad I did. The luncheon at Villa Monteoriolo hosted by Leanora was wonderful and interesting on the olive oil industry that has been in her husbands family for over 200 years.
