Great way to get the lay of the land. We were very happy to have this tour booked as it was a hot day and we had just arrived in Florence. Our train was delayed and after contacting our guide we were still able to make the tour despite being about 5 mins late. Thank you!!

Our guide Moin was friendly and informative. He was there waiting when we arrived. He took us around Florence to some of the iconic sites and took photos of our family. He spent extra time with us because I requested to also goto Piazza Michelangelo. The entire family enjoyed this.

Don't book a tour through VIATOR or use the FLORENCYATOUR company. We booked the tour and FLORENCYATOUR was a no show. Yet, they and Viator refuse to issue a refund for being a no show.

It was good.. even though our tour guide had some difficulties with the recording in English that was telling us about the different places he took us.The best of it was when he took us to the Piazzela Michelangelo..Such a spectacular view..Our tour guide was kind enough to give us time to take pictures..Such a gentleman!

Booked the tour for the same day. Walked to departure point a couple of hours.later, no sign of them. Confirmed pick up location with a local shop keeper. Another couple of people turned up, still no show on the tour operator. We tried contacting by phone and messanger. No answer. Eventually got onto Viatour who also couldn't contact them. After a couple of hours, I received a message apologising and agreeing to refund the money. This has occurred and I am appreciative of that. But they really need to get on top of their booking system and contact methods

The tour was ok, we had no interactions or information from the driver. It is a very tourist thing to do and felt a bit unauthentic. Would not recommend personally.

Our driver was fun and engaging! He gave us so much information about the sights and the history of the city and he also made recommendations to us on where to shop for certain things! I'm so glad we did this tour! It helped us get acclimated to the city on the first day!

Our driver - we are fairly sure - is unhappy with his present occupation. We really did not enjoy the speaker between our heads telling us the history of what we were seeing (I could have gotten that narration for about $20 bucks from ya'll). Our driver knew no history, the sites were not all that interesting and we paid an extra fifty bucks cash "to see something really beautiful". I bit of a scam, I believe. We had a golf cart tour in Rome - this came nowhere near the wonderful time with had with our Rome driver.

If you're in Florence for just a little while (a day or two) this is a wonderful way to see the major sites in the city and even to determine where you might like to spend more time if your trip is longer. The guide was safe driver who knew the city well and used a mixture of personal narration of historical facts and audio recorded narrations which worked well together. This guide was really dedicated to making my experience memorable and took me to spots with spectacular views - two of these photos are the absolute highlights of the photos I took across different parts of Italy as a solo traveller. Great too if you're not someone who can walk for long distances or for people with mobility limitations. I recommend this tour.

They were late, had excuses. Got replacement driver. Tour was shorter than expected, less than 1 hr. Seemed guide just wanted to get it over. Do Not Recommend.

This tour was such a disappointment. It’s estimated to be one hour long, but after an hour we’d made it to three stops. It’s a recording the driver plays, so it is like listening to an audio guide on a golf cart. Which is fine. Our driver took multiple personal calls and chatted loudly while driving us. He also was not a great driver, several times being fussed at by pedestrians, other drivers, etc.

Johnny was a terrific guide and so very kind. He took us up to a the city at night and it was spectacular! He mixed in his own personal info with the provided audio and his info was much more interesting than the recording. Such a GREAT way to see Florence.. even though it was a bit nippy outside, still a great tour!
