The Florence Specialist office is located off the corner of Piazza San Marco, next to the "Antico Vinaio". The priority entrance tickets have a timed entrance. Those who arrive late will not be able to enter with the group. As per museum regulations, latecomers will enter seperately.

Our guide ,Vera, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Gave us a great appreciation of Michelangelo’s life and work. No lines great viewing of David and all of the museum.

Laurie was incredible. Her name is harder to spell so it is Laurie if you want her for the Tour. She had so much information and the Tour was great. Other people did not show up so we basically had the Tour all to ourselves. No lines and not crowded. If you want an outstanding History Lesson as well Laurie is your Girl. Loved it. Would absolutely recommend.

Very informative, Isabella our guide was easy to understand and extremely knowledgeable. Skip the line is a must if not your going to be waiting in lines for 30-45 minutes

Laura did an amazing job helping us understand why David is so special. She helped explain what renaissance Florence was like at the time this statue was created. She took us back in time as well as forward. She managed to fill two hours so effectively and even managed the crowds we had to navigate through.

The tour was good but the guide spoke way too much. With the David being the main feature there was so much info about everything else it got boring.

Thank you for joining our tour and for your feedback, but frankly, we do not know how to respond to your review. Our guides are all local, expert guides with vast knowledge about the city and the art inside the museums. It is hard to understand a complaint that a guide spoke too much. This was a tour not just about the David but a complete tour of the gallery and its collection, which includes other works by Michelangelo, Renaissance paintings by artists like Botticelli, and a collection of musical instruments of the Medici Dynasty with priceless Stratavarius instruments. We are sorry to read that you were bored by all this.

Lori did a spectacular job of providing details of Michelangelo's life and his creation of his statue of David. The use of her i-pad allowed us to see details unavailable to the naked eye and brought the statue to life. Lori was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, answered questions thoroughly, and was quite entertaining throughout the tour. Molto bene!

our guide, Dana, was absolutely marvelous. She took us to David very slowly and we saw David first from a distance and then very close up. Her knowledge of Michelangelo was astonishing.

Our guide was fabulous but we didn’t catch her name. She was so exuberant about art and David, you couldn’t help becoming keen on details and appreciation for the artists works. Lori was an Excellent guide! We are from the US so her english was great, her art history and Italian heritage deep, making it one of our berst tours being in Italy for first time! Recommend this before visiting Santa Maria del fiore or Santa Croce! Great history to understand before seeing these others.
