    Tour operator contacts us 12 minutes before tour is to start and says they need to reschedule I said not an option we are not free the next day Brian eventually shows up with our tickets, tells us to wait on the wrong line and fails to provide the audio guide we paid for. Tour operator promised to reimburse us for missing audio guide, which I paid for in museum, still waiting for that days later. There are plenty of other options to visit the Academia.
