You went to my former competitors address, I waited and called you twice, I have to earn a living and had other tours to do. Next time you book a tour, look at the booking confirmation for the correct address. I’m sorry this happened but it isn’t my fault.

We had the most amazing Segway tour with Steve from Fun Coast Tours! 🛴💨 From start to finish, it was a great experience!
The owner, Steve, was not just informative, but also made the whole experience a joy with his infectious enthusiasm. Cruising effortlessly on the beach on a Segway was both peaceful, and a unique way to see Daytona. Steve also took photos throughout the ride, and shared them all with us (at no additional charge).
Big shoutout to Steve for making this adventure unforgettable. We learned things about Daytona Beach that we hadn't heard before, and that was really interesting. If you're looking for a fun and different way to explore, I highly recommend a Segway tour with Fun Coast Tours! #MustTryExperience

We had such a great time with Steve, perfect low tide with lots of room to ride. Steve got great pictures of us while on our ride at no extra cost and recommended us restaurants to visit. You gotta experience this excursion.

It was "miserable" ( it turned out to be a rainy/wet/cold day) yet it was "memorable"! Segways are cool ( not to be confused with cold of the weather ...:-)but we still had a good time with our guide, Steve...and we would recommend this...we would do this again even...but hopefully on a warmer day!

Lonny, I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review but I want to say this one kind of hurt. No one that sees your 4-star review will see this as a reflection on the weather but a direct reflection on my service. Reviews are the biggest factor in whether or not someone decides to book with me, and most just look at the number of stars as opposed to reading the review. You didn’t mention anything I could do better to improve my service, so I have to assume the weather was the only factor that lowered your score.
The day of the tour, the weather report looked showed no rain during the tour, as it did the day prior, you could have cancelled the day before, also if the weather began to turn prior to the tour, I would have cancelled and refunded. We were half away though the tour when the rain started.
This is my first 4-star review and I’m sorry I’m taking it hard, but this review seems to be aimed at the weather more than at me. I urge you to consider revising this to a 5-star review if removing the weather factor warrants it.

Great ride on the beach with Steve. He is very nice gentleman. He answered all our questions and also gave time to ride together while he stayed back to give us alone time on the beach. I highly recommend this Segway tour
