Manatee sightseeing

Justin is an amazing guide, great communication, takes pictures and provides them at no cost, very knowledgeable and knows the area very well, loves what he does, is kind, well spoken and is patient. Cares for the environment and preserving the manatee natural habitat. This is our first time kayaking and seeing manatee. Such beautiful animals. Saw plenty of manatee, alligators and birds on our tour. It was so much fun and will do it again, 4 hour tour is highly recommended. Wear plenty of sunblock and some drinking water. I highly recommend this company, can’t wait to come back. Thank you Justin, it was a pleasure to meet you. The Castillos - New Mexico

The company cancelled the experience due to low booking. They mentioned I was going to receive a refund but I have not received such refund.

I do apologize that your booking was canceled. Unfortunately, once the booking is canceled, we have no control over Viator and the time they take to issue refunds. Refunds are automatically sent to viator processing system immediatly when its canceled. Hopefully viator (TripAdvisor) can fix their refund times for future customers.
