    Very disappointed. Not...

    Very disappointed. Not organized, they did not have our reservation for 8 along with some others. The did accommodate us but our group was over 30 people. Therefore the tour started 35 minutes late. Very inexperienced bike riders trying to ride with very large children which slowed everyone down. Had to ask for a Snuggie, no water bottles, hot chocolate was a very lack luster, unwelcoming set up and not hot water. House choices were underwhelming and so was the teddy bear photo area.
