We pick up at all hotels and most Airbnb's in Cody, WY. If you are coming from outside city limits, Wapiti or a Guest Ranch up the Northfork Hwy, you can meet us at Walmart in Cody at the Southwest corner of parking lot at 6am.

Waste of money

Don’t waist your money. We had the Covered Ground Tours. First our pick up time was for 7am, received text was changed to 6 am. Thank them for text that’s all. No wildlife persay bison if you see one that’s enough. Our guide was not great (Jack) My husband was not happy I understood but was nerve racking and stressful. We had upper loop on our itinerary copy he was not doing the whole loop. In fact 25% we never saw. For $600 we should get what is on the itinerary. The day before we did a tour with Cody tours Lowe Loop. Was Amazing very Informational, took time to show everything and cost $120 LESS. This was a joke and waste of our time and money.

Lisa and Len. We've talked about this and I've told you how out of line you guys are being. Just so you know I called the other people on your tour and they said you guys were unnecessarily harassing Jack and it really makes me mad. Jack is a great guy and an extremely knowledgeable guide and you guys were harassing him non stop trying to get him to do a route we have never ever ever done. You can't just find a mini-loop on a map and demand we do that when it's not the itinerary. Everybody else on board knew what they were signing up for and had a great time. You guys are way out of line here and it's sad to see you like this. Sorry, I stand behind Jack. Goodbye

The tour was well organized, Kody was a wonderful guide, very informative, took pictures of us, gave us all the best photo opportunities. Special plus for wonderful sandwiches and company :) We highly recommend taking this tour!!!

Awesome with a side of disappointment

Yellowstone was an amazing experience. It was a little disappointing being picked up late. Seating options are not the best if you are the last two pickups. My husband and I ended up sitting separately in order to have a window seat. We did not see as many animals as I would have liked. We ended up seeing a bear and two huge elk on our trip out of Cody on our own. I loved my experience in Yellowstone and not having to drive was great after we had already done so much driving but next time I would probably skip the tour and just drive myself.

Did not see entire upper loop. Missed tower falls on last day of a six day trip. I could have driven the east route if I would have know this tour skips the east road

Hey Michael, not sure what you mean, can you give me a call to discuss: the east road? The driver did tell me you did not do Tower Fall. While I'm unsure why because it is a good bathroom break if anything, I'll be honest - it's not that great of a sight. I do understand you did Lamar Valley, Mammoth hot springs, a different waterfall not listed on the upper and glad you liked mammoth. Sometimes the upper loop is very wildlife dependent and when they're not out it can be unfortunate. Hope you still enjoyed your 6 days in and around Yellowstone and it wasn't the best weather at times either. Safe Travels!

Wow is not enough

Wow! As an amateur wildlife photog, I could not ask for more. I saw everything on my list and more. Our guide, Adam, was super talented in finding wildlife and great spots for photos. He even taught us a few tricks. Best experience in the 10+ national parks I've visited. Affordable, accommodating and just awesome. Super friendly towards solo travelers as well.
