Saw a lot of dolphins. Drinks were so refreshing and very affordable. I really liked this boat because you had the option to be in shade or out in the sun. We had 4 small children so it was nice to give them that little break out of the sun.

Saw lots of dolphins! Was totally worth going! The crew and captain were so friendly and amazing! The trip was about 1 hour and 45 min. long so we certainly got our moneys worth!

We went on a 4:00 excursion and it worked out really well. They're not kidding around when they guarantee dolphin sightings, their staff was very informative and there's a bar on board. Peefect amount of time for a boat outing!

The tour is nice. You get to see dolphins and learn about places along the Gulf of Mexico (America). However, the crew and especially the tour guide were rude and I felt discriminated against. We were the only black family on board and was constantly confronted by crew members and even the captain after being called out and yelled at by the tour guide. We were threatened to have the coast guard called on us. They were trying to provoke us constantly. Like I said it started with the woman tour guide yelling at me telling me to have my 2 year old son sit on his knees, when he would not be able to see and I was clearly holding him in a safe position. I did not respond to her because thats not how she spoke to anyone but me when asking them to do something. It was an attempt at public humiliation. And after that I didnt enjoy the ride too much. I had to explain to my kids what this incident meant and that was disappointing. They still pretty much enjoyed the tour because theyre not really old enough to understand. But this experience was good up until then. Eventually the captain apologized and offered us some free stuff. The tour guide never did and thought we were going to tip her poor performance. She could have gotten alot farther with her request had she not been prejudice and think she could yell snd demand a black woman.

I have watched the camera footage from your tour. I can guarantee your interaction had nothing to do with prejudice but entirely about your family not following our safety protocols. Children are strictly prohibited from standing on benches as this is how they would fall in the water. This announcement is made at the very beginning of every tour and your family continued to ignore the safety warnings. Our captain and crew take every guests' safety as our number one priority. However you failed to make your family's safety your number one priority so we had to intervene. If this is what earns us less than 5 stars, we will do it everyday to avoid a tragedy.

Boat ride was great! Host was very informative about the local area and we saw SO many dolphins! Our 3 year old enjoyed herself, just be aware that they don’t allow strollers on board. However we just tucked our 4 month old in his car seat where he could still be shaded. Would highly recommend!
