We went after looking for over an hour to find the place only to be told my tickets that are on my phone would not work that I had to go to the fun center and get them printed but was never told where that was these tickets cost me almost 80 bucks and never got to use them

I recommend buying tickets on Viator and signing waiver before you get there. It was a blast! We had a great time. I highly recommend!

The ride was fun with family and grandchildren. They liked the twists and turns and downhill speed. They wanted to go again.

Unfortunately when we got there, I realized that I could have waited to pay for the ride there. It was cheaper than what I paid through viator. Should have been the same or couple dollars cheaper. I'll know what to do next time. :(

My adult sons and husband loved this ride, and would do it again. I on the other hand, did not enjoy it, as I suffer from motion sickness. I took Dramamine and thought I would be okay, but I was not😑🤢

I paid double for the tickets on the website. Price for the ride at the site is $19if I would of bought three tickets I would have paid 57 plus tax. I paid o.nThis website $82 . $25 Over the price at the site. BAD FOR BUSINESS!! There should be a disclaimer on the web sight stating the $25 charge.
The ride itself was ok we enjoyed it I think it needs a better seatbelt or make sure they are tight. My belt was checked but it wasn’t tight and on the first set of turns I knew it wasn’t tight enough so I slowed it down.

The ride was 5 stars the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because it was cheaper to buy tickets at the place than going through Viator. $4 cheaper

Beware using the Viator website to buy your tickets. I accidentally booked for the wrong day. Definitely my error. I called 5 minutes later to correct the error and they would not let me change or get a refund!
Customer service is not what it used to be.

Wonderful experience. The Guide was helpful and fun. The ride was so much fun. I was so surprised and scared by the animal sounds. Would love to have had more. Overall the experience was 5 stars.

This was a really cool ride. I liked that you were able to control your own speed once you reached the top. We rode it at night and that was awesome with all the lights but I'm not going to lie - it was scary for me. My family loved it. The one down fall is that we waited in line for over 2 hours and you couldn't leave and come back - you had to stand in line the entire time.
