It was good but a bit too long. Some of it was interesting but I was not convinced that all was true. He kept saying that we will not get these stories anywhere else because the town “hides the truth” which led me to believe some of the material was fabricated. Only a few stops out of a 2 1/2 hour tour had anything to do with the location where we were. Really nice guy and is into the material but I could have done without the very cold walk with no rhyme nor reason as why we stopped for so long where we did. He talked mostly about serial killers not even in the town.

Our tour guide had a potty mouth (f this and f-that) throughout the tour. Felt that facts were exaggerated. Helen does not report any deaths? Yet there is a plaque near the Presbyterian church commemorating someone who is now dead I have been on ghost tours in Charleston, Savannah , and Gatlinburg. This was the worst one. Don’t waste your money. There are no ghosts in Helen!

Enjoyed this tour and Peter definitely has the personality for this bit definitely needs to invest in a microphone of some type so everyone can hear him. Also would benefit from longer story interactions at the individual stops for more entertainment
