Very erudite gentleman leading tour. Great humorist. Only wish we could get out at least at 3 places vs just at the falls. It was a long time to sit in one place. Maybe at Ordway Square. Could discuss Rice Family and other benefactors of Cities some. Loved the insight into City politics. At stop it should be announced that if you’re more than 10-15 minutes late getting back to bus you will be left behind. Everyone should leave a cell number or forgo a warning call at 5-10 minutes late.

Greg and Steve are wonderful. They’re working with complete ease, showed their expertise and made us feel safe and comfortable. Greg’s knowledge of history in the area is impeccable. This is our first visit in the Twin Cities and we’ve learned so much. Thank you.

The trip was very informative and we saw and learned so much. Our tour guide Tracy was fabulous! She was a wealth of knowledge and very funny. My family had a great time. The only thing that would make this tour even better would have been letting us stop even for 10 minutes at a few places, such as the Capital & Cathedral, so we could take photos and stretch our legs. It was a bit long being on the bus with only one stop.

It is a three and a half hour tour on a comfy bus with a fun tour guide. It starts at the great mall and ends there as well

This tour was very informative about the history of Minnesota. Doug the tour guide and Lance the driver were very professional and pleasant. If in Minnesota this is a wonderful tour to take.

Jim was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and funny and very friendly. I really enjoyed the tour and finding out things about the city, both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Jim is truly an asset to your organization along with his driver they made the perfect team. I felt I truly got value for money on this tour. As we use Viator for all our travel needs and will do in the future. Keep up the good work Jim and your driver friend. Jim and his driver truly deserve a bonus on this tour. Cheers.

Good way to learn about a place that you are visiting for the first time. History, amenities, attractions and activities were explained to us and we were given the opportunity to ask questions.

My friend and I enjoyed the tour. They spoke of history behind the twin cities, and lot of fun facts. I definitely recommend this tour. Esp if you have just one day to tour the twin cities. Both the driver and tour guide were amazing!

Could’ve been about a half hour shorter. And skipped a few of the lakes at the end of the trip.
Otherwise, it was excellent

The tour was a lot of fun! We saw a lot in three hours. Doug was a great guide! Full of knowledge and friendly. We saw the Capitol, St. Paul's Cathedral, beautiful Summit Avenue, the Guthrie, St. Anthony's Falls, the old flour mills, Chain of Lakes and Minnehaha Falls. I highly recommend!

The tour guide was great. He was entertaining and very knowledgeable. It was a great overview of the Twin Cities and their history.

It was easy to book, and had a very enthusiastic, knowledgeable tour guide. I would recommend it for someone looking for a good overview of the Twin Cities.
That being said, the tour company doesn't do a great job with the logistics. There's no bus waiting for you when you get to the pick-up spot, so it leads to a lot of confusion. They pick you up at the North Entrance to the Mall of America. When you are looking at the entrance (between the Marriott and Hewlett Packard buildings), turn to your left. There is a collection of bus stops. Follow the small, blue signs to what says "Coach/Tour Bus" - which means you go to the far side of the bus stops. The tour is listed as starting at 10am, but the tour bus doesn't even arrive until then, so you are left hoping that they will actually show up. I suppose they can't wait there because it is just supposed to be a pick-up/drop-off location, but it is confusing. They should do a better job on the website being more specific about what to expect for the pick-up.
The tour is scheduled to last for three hours. Ours lasted almost four. In some ways, that was great, but it did get a little long at the end. Overall, a good tour.

The guide JB was great. Very knowledgeable. The only thing was that the tour ran a little longer than expected but they were very helpful in dropping us at a safe place since we needed to be somewhere else at 2pm.

Some of the info the Guide shared was interesting. Unfortunately, we experienced rattling noise from the Bus overhead compartments making it hard to hear the commentary. This was brought to his attention but no feasible solution occurred.
Rhonda_G, Aug 2024
Great driver and tour guide. They knew so many interesting stories. The bus was very clean and comfortable.

Great tour of Minneapolis and St Paul! Lots of info! Tour guide was truly "Minnesota Nice!" Beautiful!!
Dee_P, Aug 2024
Doug was such a great tour guide! He gave us great history and descriptions of both cities. We especially loved the stops at Minehaha Falls and the downtown theatre. Steve navigated narrow streets with our bus in a really impressive way! This is a great introduction of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Susan_R, Aug 2024
Great view of both cities. Also great guide! He spent time explaining things along the way. And a comedian.
Donovan_O, Aug 2024
Tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave a lot of history about the twin cities..houses in St. Paul were worth the trip!
Jan_F, Aug 2024
Learning details about the history of the twin cities was great. Our driver Don was very helpful and our tour guide Greg was awesome! Like most bus tours, it was sometimes difficult to see some sites from the bus windows. It is a very comprehensive tour and was very enjoyable.
Lisa_S, Jul 2024
The tour guide was funny and very knowledgeable. The tour really encompasses the cities from lakes to statues and more!
Betty_M, Jul 2024
Fabulous bus tour on a well-maintained coach. Steve (driver) and Greg (guide) worked so seamlessly with each other that it felt more like being in a movie than being on a bus. Love the stories - historical context, social commentary, community oriented information, and wonderful info about the seasonal activities and topography. The stop at Minnehaha Park was fabulous as was the stop overlooking the mill district. Greg is a gem! He is not just knowledgeable; he exudes a love for the area and it's contagious!!

This was a fun tour. We learned a lot about the Twin Cities....5 gals from California.
It was a little long....3 hours 20 minutes. 2 1/2 hours would have been just right as far as sitting all morning. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and interesting.
I loved the drive through the old homes in twin cities (that could be a tour in itself).
All in all it was an educational, relaxing and fun experience. Started and ended at Mall of America.....so we had lunch there.

B.J. was a great guide! Comfortable and clean transportation. I would recommend this tour. Had a very nice time.
Regina_T, Jul 2024
Douglas was very informative, kept tour interesting. Fort Snelling was a surprise education as I honestly was unaware aware of this very significant historic institution. Learned a lot about each of the various neighborhoods, stories behind them. Stayed behind a stop and had enlightening conversation with the kindly driver, Steve. He was very knowledgeable as well. I got a lot out of the experience overall and it helps to go the first day or two you're there so you know what to go back to. Highly informative, eye - opening.. A History buff's dream 😊
Velvet_V, Jul 2024
Great guide. The bus was full and we had to sit in the back. Our view was obstructed by the bathroom. Maybe, it would be good to offer this seat at a discount, or at least, notify the customer that this may be the case. Similar to how venues will state partial view at certain seats. Also, the van/bus was very bumpy - not sure if the suspension maybe needs to be looked at... Overall, good experience.
