Our guide was AMAZING!!!!!!!! His knowledge was fantastic. He kept us engaged and we saw so much a just a few hours. We got in and out of a very clean car and we had a driver so our guide could concentrate on answer our questions. This was a great first day thing to do. Our group was 17 - 80 in age and we all loved it.

Just loved this tour! Even tho it was in a minivan Steffie ( our guide), had a microphone! Made hearing everything soooo easy! We loved the commentary on the sights and the info about the famius events including Check Point Charlie; The holocaust exhibit; and the Brandenburg gate.
Stopped for Curry Wurst - a local dish - I heard it was excellent! ( I opted for something else). Saw all of the special things we came to see and just absolutely loved it! Loved Steffie and our driver Jurgen! Don’t miss this trip!!

I have taken this tour on 3 occasions, each with a different member of my family spanning 3 generations. Each time the guides asked for guidance from my guest regarding what has already been seen in Berlin, what in particular we would like to see or learn about, and what the focus of the tour should be. Each time the tour was somewhat different, and each time tailored to our request. This tour a few days ago was no different. Our guide, Alex Mirau, asked for our guidance and he delivered an excellent tour absolutely consistent with our guidance and requests The tour provided an excellent and comprehensive overview of Berlin, and Alex provided continuous insights and background information to help us understand Berlin boat a macro level while at the same time highlighting the type of places/sites about which we inquired.

I loved my tour of Berlin. Mr. Markus Dallmann and his driver made the trip so wonderfully special that they deserve to be honored in this review. They arrived on time at the hotel and were prepared to teach my wife and I about Berlin. He and I reviewed my areas of special interests that I had included in my reservation. He was also flexible for adjustments as he confirmed the final itinerary. Mr. Dallmann related personally and professionally with us. He answered all of my questions and gave me a sample of Berlin that was paired with visual images and evidences. He personalized it by making references to the issues and history that affected Berlin years back and made parallel references to the politics of our country. I was stunned and enlightened at the same time. It was as though I had a family member and an instructor giving us a tour. I got more than I had expected. Mr. Dallmann was very knowledgeable. The driver was also sensitive to allow us an occasional photo opportunity from the vehicle that made cherished memories. The driver and Mr. Dallmann kept to their schedule but was also flexible to allow us a diversion for the purchase of souvenirs. As a retired school administrator, it is without reservation that I would recommend to my friends and readers tours with Viator as always, but a tour of Berlin with Mr. Dallman. Book it! You will not regret it!
