Our guide Leo was very interactive, while he showed us the most beautiful and interesting places he talked a lot about the city and its history. He maneuvered the rikscha along sometimes narrow pathways and stopped whenever and interesting point was reached. Tip: tell Leo if you want to see a particular place and he will include it into his tour.

This provider did not show up or contact us until we requested a refund. This provider has a poor reputation on the street for not being reliable. We were lucky to find another company who was available and gave us an excellent tour.

Best Possible Way To Tour Berlin!

The Rikscha Tour was the best possible way to see Berlin. Our guide Leo was fantastic. He was able to take us much closer to the major attractions than you can get on a bus tour and we were able to see a lot more historic sites because you travel much faster than walking. Leo also acted as our personal photographer, taking many pictures of us with our camera. They will also pick you up and drop you off from any location. I would highly recommend this tour to others.

No show! Booked same day - tried to call to confirm and he wouldn't respond through call or texting in app. Do yourself and take the David Bowie tour!! Just amazing!

Unfortunately, I was unavailable due to illness from August until October 15th and did not have access to my computer during that time. For security reasons, only I can access my computer, as all passwords are known exclusively to me, and I am the only one who can operate the system. This is why I was unable to respond to your request. Please note that according to our policy with Viator, if I am unable to respond within three days, the payment is automatically refunded. We booked and paid for this tour and they just didn’t turn up to the meeting point. The booking contact number was just an answering service. We left a message but didn’t hear back. After waiting 20 minutes we decided they just weren’t going to show up. Evening plans ruined and now very nervous to use Viator after this experience.

I would first like to apologize for the disappointment I caused you by canceling the tour. We are currently having problems with our batteries in the cold weather. In the last week there have been several cases in which the e-bikes suddenly stopped driving. Therefore, for safety reasons, I had to cancel the tour. I understand that you are disappointed and that you were looking forward to the tour. I want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to avoid such incidents in the future. We are already working on a solution to the battery problem.

I flew to Berlin from Copenhagen for one afternoon, specifically to take this tour and see some WW2 sites. I booked this tour months ago. I waited at the assigned meeting point. No one showed up, no one called. I called Leo several times. All calls went to voicemail. My hotel called Leo, still no answer. I called Viator who tried to call Leo. He did not respond to them either. I was left in tears. I spent almost $200 on this tour, not to mention my airplane tickets & hotel costs and my day in Berlin was ruined by a thoughtless, unprofessional tour operator. I sincerely hope Viator will stop doing business with a tour operator who has no regard for his customers. Please save yourself stress & heartache on your travel plans and do not book with Leo. I am still waiting to hear from him & recieve a refund.

My friend and I were really looking forward to doing this rickshaw tour on our last evening in Berlin, however, Leo never showed up at the meeting point for the tour. I had called him twice earlier in the afternoon to confirm the tour and twice more at the time when the tour was supposed to begin, but he never picked up. A few days later I received a message from Leo offering to refund the excursion or to reschedule, but by then we had already left Berlin. It was a super disappointing way to end the trip, made all the worse by Leo's lack of an explanation or apology when we finally heard from him. I would recommend booking a more reputable tour if you don't want to risk the tour being unexpectedly canceled with zero warning or communication. This was a waste of our time and a waste of our evening in Berlin.

es tut mir außerordentlich leid, dass Ihre gebuchte Rikscha-Fahrt nicht wie geplant stattfinden konnte und dass der Veranstalter leider nicht erreichbar war. Ich verstehe, dass dies eine enttäuschende Erfahrung war, und ich entschuldige mich aufrichtig für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen dadurch entstanden sind. Ich war von August bis zum 15. Oktober krankheitsbedingt leider nicht erreichbar und hatte während dieser Zeit keinen Zugang zu meinem Computer. Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann nur ich persönlich auf meinen Computer zugreifen, da alle Passwörter ausschließlich mir bekannt sind und ich das System alleine bedienen kann.
