Terrible experience

As I was trying to book online, there was some question about whether the tour was in Spanish or English. So I called Viator and their staff assured me it was in English and booked two tickets. Ok, fine so far. But then, the morning of the tour we discovered that the directions on the confirmation email/ticket included two DIFFERENT meeting points. So, after wandering all over Alexanderplatz looking for the right group, I called the local number provided in the information sent to us with the booking (culturberlin or something like that) —- who told me they had no record of such a tour that morning! And could offer no help whatsoever, sorry! We resumed roaming around and finally found a couple of tour groups that looked like they might be the ones— indeed one was, but the tour guide confirmed the tour was in Spanish. So, no tour for us. Overall, this was a terrible and frustrating experience. I’m trying to figure out how to get my money back.
