This tour was everything I wanted to experience for my solo trip to Asheville. Tony IS PHENOMENAL! The history, hiking and waterfalls were incredible! My group was the best! I have never felt so alive! Book this tour and prepare to be amazed at sights and amazing hospitality from Tony!

This is a wonderful experience! Tony is an excellent guide. His van is super comfortable. We learned so much about the history of the area in a very interesting and entertaining way. The falls ere spectacular and the hike is easy. We recommend highly.

Tony was fantastic. Very accommodating with any sort of request, question, or issue. Out day was organized and wonderful. He even spotted a hornet’s nest at High Falls and flagged not only for us but for any others walking nearby. Snacks and drinks were great. A worthy and beautiful 5+ hours seeing the waterfalls and getting in a good workout. Along with a lot of history about the parks.

Overview

Hike the best of the Blue Ridge Parkway on this guided day trip to three scenic waterfalls from Asheville. Take in views of the mountains as you tour the classic road in a comfortable van and hear stories about the area’s natural history and culture from your local guide. (safe/free parking) PICK UP TIME WILL BETWEEN 7:45 - 8:15 am as we have several to schedule on most days. We also pick up:Sweet Pea Hostel, Bon Paul & Sharkeys Hostel, area Bed & Breakfast/ Airbnb/ VRBO/ locations within 3 miles of city center. We pick up within 3 miles of city center, One North Pack Square Asheville NC 28801. If you are outside that area we can meet at the: Asheville Visitor Center 36 Montford Avenue Asheville NC 28801. The parking is safe/free and we are members there as well.

The tour guide Tony was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, accommodating and fun. He made everybody laugh throughout the whole trip. The view of blue ridge parkway was stunning. The 3 waterfalls during 2.75 miles hiking was stunning. Each one was unique. Tony picked me up and dropped off at my hotel which made the tour completely hassle free. He also provided cold water and snacks. It was a very memorable experience. I will definitely book it again with Tony when I come back to Asheville at a different season!

Wow! Highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Tony picked us up promptly. He was so friendly and easygoing. He took such good care of our group and made sure all our needs were met. We visited three waterfalls. One was off the road which we took stairs down to see. Then, we hiked to the other two. Nice hike and beautiful waterfalls. We were given plenty of time to enjoy each area. This tour was a big highlight of our trip. Thanks for a great adventure Tony!!

Tony was an amazing tour guide who provided history along with great stories about the blue ridge parkway and the DuPont state park and falls He was so respectful of the age of the people with the tour and adjusted the speed of the walking part of the tour. I highly recommend his tour!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Tony was an awesome guide! We stopped several times to admire the views and take happy snaps. Tony was patient and loaded with knowledge about the area. Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest were beautiful, and the three different waterfalls were amazing. The hike was very doable, no complaints! Tony pretty much let us set the pace and he was very good about keeping his eye on everyone. The drinks and snacks were a very nice touch and much appreciated. We were so happy we went on this tour!

You’ll regret not booking this tour with Tony, so do it! Our group of 4 girls had an absolutely wonderful time, the views were gorgeous, especially that last waterfall. Tony was such a sport and didn’t bat an eye when he was met with our energy, one of the best tour guides you’ll have! He had cold drinks, snacks, towels and probably anything else you could need during your excursion. Thanks again Tony, have a great time with those precious grandbabies! Hoot-hoot!

My husband and I went on the Blue Ridge Highway and Waterfall tour from Asheville NC with our tour guide Tony. Tony is the ultimate tour guide, full of local knowledge and extraordinarily upbeat and energetic. His van is very comfortable and in great condition, and it was a smooth ride all the way. He is extremely focused on his customer’s needs. This tour is an excellent tour for moderate hikers. The 3-mile tour down to the waterfalls was just right for our ability. Tony was with us for every minute of the hike. We were very pleased with the entire experience and are glad that we decided to book this tour rather than do all the driving on single lanes and winding roads on our own. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TOUR!

Tony was absolutely amazing and incredibly professional. I decided to take a birthday trip from Texas to Asheville, North Carolina, and wanted to experience the beauty of the mountains. From the very beginning, Tony made the experience exceptional by personally picking up each hiker from their hotel, which was both thoughtful and appreciated. The tour itself was outstanding. It was informative, engaging, and gave me a much deeper appreciation for the area. I learned so much and truly enjoyed every moment. Asheville is a beautiful place, and Tony helped make my birthday trip even more memorable. I’ll definitely be returning to Asheville later this year, and when I do, I’ll be booking another tour with Tony. Highly recommended!

Tony was a great guide. He picked us up at our hotel and took us to Blue Ridge and Pisgah. We did a nice hike and saw multiple waterfalls. He had snacks and water for the group and then dropped us back at the hotel.
