Find your way to the A'DAM Tower (A'DAM Toren), located on the banks of the IJ, across from the Central Station.
With your prebooked admission ticket, slip past the line of waiting visitors to take advantage of your fast-track access.
Ascend to the LOOKOUT on the top floor of the tower for panoramic views of the city center below you. Walk through the state-of-the-art interactive exhibit to learn more about Amsterdam's rich history and culture, and snap photos of the views below you.
For an additional thrill, take a ride on Europe's highest swing (own expense). Held fast in a high-tech safety harness, swing out over the edge of the 320-foot (100-meter) tower for a unique, stomach-dropping perspective.
To make the most of your visit, choose between four different food and drink packages, with something to suit every taste and budget. The first option includes one beverage (coffee, tea, Heineken, house wine, or soft drinks) at the Skybar on the 20th floor or the rooftop bar.
The burger meal option includes a juicy burger (beef, chicken, or veggie) and crispy fries, served within your selected time slot.
Add a dinner/lunch voucher with option three, which includes a €10 voucher and a reserved table at Madam restaurant on the 20th floor.

The swing it’s self was amazing but when you book the experience here on the sight you still have to buy tickets for the swing so it’s €42 euro for 2 people to enter the building and it’s €18 euro when you get there to actually go on the swing so it’s actually pointless booking in advance I was not aware you need to buy tickets also to the swing so it works out expensive for 1 minute in the air.

Good views of Amsterdam but weather wasn’t great when we went. Very cold and windy! So didn’t do swing which was a shame. More drinks options would be good and should include a hot drink.

Excellent way to view the city from above. I went on the swing, so fun! And enjoyed a beverage up at the restaurant. It was a little rainy and chilly so it was a good way to pass some time.

The Lookout experience was fun with great views over Amsterdam the free photo was a nice touch too, however the lunch was very disappointing, no gluten free options and limited menu, so much so we settled with a liquid lunch

Booked what I thought was the experience +swing +food options at the moon . Changed my booking to a hour later 2 weeks before arrival. Upon arrival was refused entry as ticket wouldn't scan had to wait for a manager to sort the issue . Missed our food slot but was facilitated . Menu at the moon was not anything we could eat . So wouldn't not advise booking to food credit voucher without seeing the menu options first. There was no option on the Viator site to view the menu first . Also thought swing was booked which it was not .

We had our tickets for the scheduled time and we showed up to the event where the people working told us that they could not verify our ticket even though we showed up one time. We were not able to arrive to the event and they could not verify our ticket so we did not get to experience it. It was quite the inconvenience because we had to take a ferry to do this event and they turned us away, even though we were there on time.

Would definitely recommend this trip the view is great, it wasn't to busy which helped we booked the burger meal and it was one of the best smash burger ive had. If i was to give one negative the Heineken was a touch on the expensive side but i guess you would expect that in a place like that. It was card only but if you don't want the change they will accept cash.

Worth a visit. We opted for the burger ticket so as well as admission you received a choice of burger and fries up in the sky bar. The food was delicious, and the service was great. Please note drinks are not included.
There is a photo opportunity for your group as you arrive aswell. All staff are very friendly.
The Lookout itself is fun with a group and provides stunning 360 views across Amsterdam. There are lots of photo opportunities and a bar as well as the restaurant where you can enjoy drinks with a view.
You can also ride Over the Edge which is the swing at the top - again this is extra.
It's easy to get to despite being across the water - a short 3 minute ferry is free and easy to find at Centraal Station and from there its a short walk.

Bought 2 tickets with 2 drinks £42
It’ doesn’t include the swings. Had to pay another £15 for them. The 2 drinks are 250ml beer. So wasn’t worth the value.
Swings are good and the sky deck have a nice vibe.

Really poor experience on Viator's part.
When we arrived at the LOOKOUT our tickets were scanned and we followed the rest of the visitors in the queue.
There was no mention of the Included "Free Audiotour" or "free digital memory of you visit to LOOKOUT" and no obvious instructions from Viator on how to redeem them.
I asked the person who scanned my tickets how to redeem my meal and was simply told to speak to the staff at the top. When we arrived at the skybar we ordered 2 drinks and enjoyed the view.
We then went to the Madam restaurant and the waitress team there were friendly and professional. The food was great with generous portions and we ordered some drinks too.
Overall big praises to the team at Madam restaurant but we were disappointed with the Viator experience as the instructions were poor and in the end we didn't receive half of the included items from this "deal" including the Audiotour and digital memory.

Very informative plaques of the history of Amsterdam and what has helped create it. Having a go at the swing known as the highest in Europe is a great experience except for someone not liking heights.

Very good views of the city and water ways from the roof and you could try the swings which throw you out over the edge. Ferry across the river are every 10 -15mins.

Nice and very elegant. But as a person who is visiting they should perhaps have a shuttle from the center to the ferry. I was a bit confused as to if I could stop a cab. Luckily, the driver advised me to stop one in the street not from the ferry point as they would charge me a bit more. So I walked a little further out in order to get a cab. I enjoyed the pictures, and the elevator ride. The only thing I didn't do was the swing!! I am afraid of heights hahaha. Still an awesome experience and just a free ferry ride over.
