My child was 16 and more than able for the cycle. Unfortunately it rained during the cycle but the guide was very helpful and it was very enjoyable seeing the city by bike. Bring a rain jacket if there is risk of rain.

Bike tour was great. Canal Tour was so-so

We had a great day biking around Amsterdam and taking the canal cruise. I give the bike part 5 stars, our guide Clare was great and so funny. She tailored the tour for our needs. The canal tour is what has lowered the rating. I found the guide not very informative and he didn’t tell us a lot about what we were saying, he told us to look up stuff on the internet later.

Clara was a great, knowledgeable and funny guide who tactfully navigated us on about 10 miles of Amsterdam streets and paths through torrential downpours and 30 mile an hour winds.

Ok but no real Dutch insights or enthusiasm

We toured Amsterdam by bike. We were a group of 8 so pretty easy for the guide. The whole business and guide was Spanish which was a bit disappointing when you look for local insights about Dutch customs. The information we got were pretty basics. There was a lack of enthusiasm or deep experience from the whole experience. We asked a lot of questions but after a while it got a bit annoying to always ask. Nothing personal but I went on many other guided tours (much cheaper ones too) and this one was my least pleasant

Overall tour was just okay. The tour guide should have went over safety issues immediately, never did. The bikes were cheap, and they didn't fit you. The tour was long but not many stops. The tour guide not that informative. At the end, said that's it, thanks for coming.

Lots of traffic and close calls. We’ve done tours in other large cities and are all VERY comfortable on bikes and this was stressful. Group was too large and we spent lots of time waiting on others in group.” Learned some interesting things but overall it seemed stressful for the whole group..

We had a wonderful time on the bike tour. Our guide knows the area extremely well and personalized our tour to match our interests. She was great!!! The canal part was good, but they seemed more interested in the bartending part than the guide part. It would have helped if the boat driver talked and the other guy bartended. Also, ear pieces would have really helped everyone. It was sometimes hard to hear.

Really enjoyed biking like a local and learning about the city of Amsterdam. Guide was really nice and gave interesting info and always made sure the whole group was accounted for. I wish the tour was a little longer. (Was supposed to be 2-1/2 hours but ours was only 2 hours) Highly recommend this

We used the name of the bike shop that was listed as meeting place, which was not correct. The street address was so long that it was easier to use bike shop name which took us to wrong place and we missed the entire trip.

It was a wonderful bike ride through Amsterdam! I mean, riding bikes in Amsterdam…check!!
