The canal boat was covered which was ideal as it was raining for part of trip. The Captain and host and hostess were friendly and very informative of local history. We had cheese and unlimited drinks for 10 euros. Would recommend. Added to our great experience in Amsterdam

Great cruise that stepped in as a replacement after another company falsely advertised a closed boat. This replacement experience was fantastic and highly recommended.

Disorganised - Staff were working against each other managing crowds making it confusing for customers attempting to board the correct boat.
Confrontational - Staff were seen to be confrontational to confused customers, also confronted me to ask if I wanted the number for head office as I seemed ‘unhappy’ with the seating arrangements despite no complaint being made. Staff also confrontational with each other.
Tour lacked information in comparison to a previous tour completed but information provided was fine.

Please use the operator info to use to find the location as well as the directions ( ie; flagship was the operator) because in the area there are a lot of these sort of trips.
Once on board it was really well organised & presented & the cheese & drinks upgrade is well worth it 👍😀 really enjoyable experience Highly recommended x

Really amazing tour and well worth the price. Great commentary and amazing views with the varied rooting that they take each and every trip. It was really cool to see it not be same standard rooting for all trips.

This is a beautiful evening experience! My husband and I booked it with our best couple friends and all four of us agreed it was a fantastic way to enjoy Amsterdam. Every course of food was exquisite and the wine pairings were perfect. Our musical entertainment was delightful and the captain was a great conversationalist who shared fun stories and about his life as a beginning mariner. The boat is BEAUTIFUL and the 3 staff members are delightful. Being able to sit outside on back of the boat as we traveled was so nice, and returning to our beautiful table and enjoying amazing food and conversation made this a complete top level experience.

Honestly didn't think it was worth it. Usually tours like these are fun and engaging. But this experience was dry.
Also unlimited drinks only include beer, wine, and Prosecco.
