Did not honor partial refund as stated when youngest child was too scared to participate on his birthday

A local resident, and now sadly won’t be back as they did not honor a partial refund request for just my youngest child on his birthday that we came for - because he ended up becoming too scared to participate. The cashier told me it should be no problem if I submitted request through the booking for a partial refund that she wasn’t allowed to authorize there. So I did, but it was denied. Yet it cost them nothing by his not participating and it wasn’t sold out and my other kids still participated as scheduled. Not a happy birthday to him that could had been a little brighter and non-support of local community guests who would’ve been back
