From start to finish this was exceptional. The staff were chill and funny. They were very informative and were ready for a great time! There was only 12 people on our boat which was incredible. It was great! We were able to see a monk seal on the trip and also it felt safe traveling in a group. They went over all safety protocols before we jumped in the water and gave us all the gear.

Super fun! I was so scared to go into the ocean because I have never gone so far out but it was amazing! Totally changed my perspective of the ocean. If you get sea sick make sure to take medication or other remedies before hand. Wish I had remembered to take my dramamine 😔.

The captain and crew were wonderful! It was my first time snorkeling and they definitely made me feel more comfortable and they watch over you in the water. Being able to see the turtles was a very memorable experience and if we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely use them again.

Turtles are their speciality! We experienced turtles, variety of fish, and even some dolphins! Had an amazing time! Crew is very professional, knowledgeable, safe, and fun. Equipment in great condition and clean. As a nervous swimmer I felt extremely safe with them guiding me for this once in a lifetime opportunity experience!

The weather was not good. The pilot of the boat wasn’t sure whether to cancel or not as there was thunder and lightning. In the end we went out to sea. The trip was cut short due to the lightning getting close. The pilot called us back into the boat. We all returned to the port and let off the boat. There was nowhere to change into clothes and we just had towels wrapped around us. We had to somehow get back to our hotels in the pouring rain and lightning! I feel we should have some refund!

We had an amazing time!! We saw some gorgeous sea turtles, schools of colorful fish, and enjoyed the overall experience. Views of Waikiki and diamond head were lovely. The staff was also very kind and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!

We saw turtles. Only two, but we did see turtles. The crew was friendly, but the pick-up address is NOT accurate (this address is a bare lot). We called the phone number, but no one answered our call when we tried to find the actual location. They didn't even answer Tripadvisor's customer service when they called. We finally asked a local boat captain at the dock, and he told us where this company's "normal" meeting location was. When the boat arrived, a guy got out and put up a sign, which should've been out long before they arrived. It was just frustrating, as we walked all over trying to find the place.

Aloha, we would like to clarify a few key things. We noticed you said you looked up the “pick up address”. If you read our TripAdvisor directions, it clearly states to not look up the address and instead please search our business name in Apple or Google Maps “Island Splash Tours”. This would have solved your frustration. These directions are also stated very clearly in our voicemail. Also a message is sent out to every customer 12hours prior to their tour time via an automated text messaging system. We kindly ask our guests to please read directions, as these are written for a purpose. Lastly, we are not allowed to keep a sign overnight on State owned land, this is illegal by Law. Mahalo and hope to have you onboard again in the future for a turtle snorkel tour in Waikiki.

We were disappointed and underwhelmed with our experience. The crew tried however we were moved from 07.45 to 09.45 on the premise that nobody else booked the early tour. The 09.45 was packed to the maximum and it felt chaotic and way too busy to be enjoyable. You are obliged to swim in a pack which felt stressful in a group so big, added to other boats coming in and the waves. The group is so big you’re constantly fending off a flipper to the face rather than enjoying the turtles. Wouldn’t do again. This is probably not a reflection on the tour company but probably an overcrowding issue at turtle canyon, where they should probably restrict numbers. Crew were friendly, soft drinks were a nice touch.

We unfortunately cannot run a tour for only 2 people due to the costs of running a charter. Which is why we offered for you and your partner to move to a different time slot. We thank you for your understanding regarding our reef, Turtle Canyon, unfortunately we cannot control the crowds and other boats in the area, however our crew does their best to navigate the reef well so that our customers can have a great and magical experience.
