Amazing. Our Tour of Blue Mountain and Scenic World was great. I took my 8-year old when we were here on vacation from California. Walking around the rain forest and doing the various train car and gondolas made it very fun. Our guide, Ian, was fun and shared a lot of history and info but was laid back and not overbearing.

It was so much fun! Damon was the best and very easy to talk to! The pie shop we went for lunch was absolutely delicious as well as the restaurant we went to for dinner! The views of the waterfalls were absolutely stunning and the wombats were so cute! I would definitely go again!

Inside the Opera House

Seeing inside of the Opera House whilst learning about its entire history – from the initial design, through the construction, right up to the building we see today – is truly an incredible experience. And all of this was only possible thanks to our guide, Sheila, who looked after us throughout the tour and made me feel right at home, even though I was thousands of kilometres away. Every minute spent on this tour was well worth it, and I’d definitely do it again!

Great Experience, a definite must do, but can be improved

The Bridge climb experience itself is a solid 5 stars. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The guide (instructor) was very professional, fun and enthusiastic about the experience. While the experience was definitely worthwhile and is a must do in Sydney, there are things about the experience that can be improved upon. Some of the preparation time and introductions could have been better spent with stronger safety and emergency procedures planning. While the I felt very confident that the guide and helpers along the bridge had a plan, that plan for any multitude of minor to major emergencies that may have happened was not communicated to anyone else. Without planning and communication to everyone, it will always bring chaos. People will perform better in an emergency when they are told ahead of time what their role will be and the expected level of execution needs to be. No such communication occurred during any phase of the process. We got put through metal detectors, given breathalyzer tests, went through introductions and not one mention of "if this should happen, this is the plan." For what seems to be a very professional organization, that fell short and should be improved upon. Lastly, the photo package of the event was very underwhelming for the cost. I have no issue with the cost itself, but the cost versus what you get also should be improved or come up with something different. I would still very much recommend the Bridge Climb, just my two cents for what's it's worth.

We had an amazing time...

We had an amazing time out on the water with Whale Tales! The crew was professional from start to finish, opening with a clear, thorough safety briefing that made everyone feel comfortable and well cared for. Throughout the tour, we saw many juvenile humpbacks, and the team shared fascinating, insightful knowledge about their behavior and biology. On our way back to the harbor, we spotted two more whales in the distance. Instead of rushing back, the captain thoughtfully circled back so we could enjoy one final, up-close encounter. Photos of the whales we saw were even sent to us after the cruise, and they were way better than what I managed to take myself! While we didn't get to see any breaching this time, the overall experience was outstanding. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable whale-watching trip!

Blue mountains day trip

Great 9 person group experience. Jay was a wonderful host, driver and tour guide. Super knowledgeable and very likeable. It’s a full on day with an early start but a lovely boat ride back into Sydney to prevent us all stuck in traffic at the end of the day. Blue mountain experience at Scenic World busy but not ridiculous and had a wonderful time just looking out at the mountains and breathing in the fresh air! Lunch very nice and the only extra extras needed to pay for were drinks other than water at lunch and a tip at the end which of course was optional. Cards fine for either. Plenty of toilet stops and a nice quick breakfast stop about an hr into the trip so you could buy coffees and pastries etc. An hr spent at Featherdale zoo at the end. We didn’t have enough time for Taronga or Sydney zoo so this was a good compromise. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

A wonderful experience

We had a fabulous experience with Oz Whale Watching, despite the weather and sea condition being less than ideal. The very friendly staff advised on anti sea sickness tablets and did everything in their power to minimise everyone's discomfort. The food was lovely, the boat was in perfect condition and the marine guide shared lots of interesting information about whales and dolphins when we encountered (plenty) along the way. The bathrooms were immaculate and we were able to enjoy a very comfortable trip. The boat type was ideal for this type of service and everyone on board was so friendly. We will definitely be reccommending them.

A great bargain for a full day of fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. Our driver/guide, Aaron, was an absolute gem! He shared so much information with us casually as we drove along. I could have stayed at Featherdale all day, so it’s not fair to say that stop wasn’t long enough. If I were to do it again, though, I would buy 2 cups of food and move a little bit more quickly. The views of the blue Mountains were also breathtaking. Scenic World was my least favorite part of the trip, but only because I felt overwhelmed by the number of people. The train was a blast but the “gondolas”felt chaotic to me as people pushed to get the spots they wanted. Overall, this trip is a great value! When you consider the price of the admission to featherdale and scenic world, you’re really only paying another $40 or so for someone else to do the planning and transport you while you relax and take in the scenery. It’s a bargain!

Fantastic dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour

Runs on time, easy to find and the enjoyment starts as soon as you get on board. Kim is a wonderful crew member and asset. She was funny and friendly and the buffet was delicious. There were 3 birthdays on the dinner cruise and Kim encouraged us all to wish them a happy birthday. The cruise was just the right length of time. So much to see and to take photos of along the way. We would do it again.

Was a great tour. The time got changed a few times but that didn’t bother us as we were free all day. It was a 6 seater aircraft, 5 in the back and 1 in the front with the captain. Got great views of Sydney Opera House, Manly beach and other suburbs! Would definitely recommend. We were in the air for approx 20 mins.
