Ok tour. Not the best we went to until now.

We got a tour guide from china. But she didn’t speak good English so it was hard to communicate. And she was shying away from her job at times like she wanted to stay in car while letting us roam around to explore ourselves. I felt this was not professional and is not expected from an expert tour guide. So think twice before booking this. Although she was happy to take our pictures and dropped us to our next destination which is why she deserves 3 stars.

Took this on my first trip to Chicago and it was a solid way to get oriented. The architecture along the river's wild in person, way more impressive than photos. Guide knew the city well and pointed out stuff I would've walked right past. The Bean was the obvious crowd pleaser but I actually liked the Route 66 sign stop too. Good pace, didn't feel rushed.

Loved the place to see the skyline of Chicago. It was amazing!!! Quick pace but I felt like I saw a lot in just a few hours. Definitely recommend if it's your first time in Chicago. The tour is smooth and passed by a lots of buildings where I saw in the movie.

Marina city blew my mind. I had seen photos before. But nothing prepares you from seeing it in person. The guide pointed out all the little architectural quirks that I would have missed on my own. Short tour but packed with info.

The panorama at the end was breathtaking. You really see the contrast between Chicago’s old and new architecture all at once. Guide was informative and soooo nice!

Chicago : A deep dive into the city's soul

    Bo_G, Mar 2026
We joined this Chicago Architecture and Aesthetics Small Group Half-Day Tour on March 24 and it was easily the highlight of my trip. As a visitor, I wanted more than just a bus ride, and this delivered a perfect, complete understanding of what makes Chicago unique. We began at the DuSable Bridge. Standing at the city's birthplace while surrounded by towering skyscrapers was the perfect way to kick off the story of Chicago. It is so interesting that we enjoyed the architecture with a Story: It’s one thing to see the buildings, but another to hear their "secrets." I loved learning about the global stones embedded in the Tribune Tower and the revolutionary "corn cob" design of Marina City. Stopping at the Historic Route 66 Begin Sign gave me a real sense of Chicago's role in American history—it’s the gateway to the West! Visual Feast: The itinerary is a photographer's dream. We had plenty of time at Cloud Gate (The Bean), and the final panoramic view of the Chicago Skyline was breathtaking. The tour is thoughtfully designed and incredibly insightful. I walked away feeling like I truly "know" Chicago now. Highly recommended , I want to do it again!
