We celebrated my husband’s birthday, and everything was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. It truly made his birthday unforgettable. Ten out of ten — I would definitely recommend this experience and we plan on going again in the near future!

This dinner/cruise is subpar at best on multi levels. First the parking at Patriot's Point is unclear with poor signage very dark and very expensive. Approx $28. Then finding the ticket window is unclear. The board process is very slow and unorganized with every couple stopping for photos. Once on board, the inside seating is extremely outdated and unimpressive. The loud colding system bearly cools. The sound system could not be understood. The DJ needs singing lessons. The food quality is poor and lacking any skilled techniques. The servers and staff were outstanding and were very busy. There was no narration of any of the beautiful sites or the numerous antebellum mansion we passed. I would not recommend this planned recreation tourist event at all.

Me and my boyfriend def enjoyed our experience. Parking was easy and free. We were seated with a very nice and sweet couple. The bartenders and servers were amazing. The views were beautiful.

The wait staff was wonderful however it too a very long time for the food to come out. You could not hear the singer well at all. The ambience was ok Dessert was extra

Be prepared for steps and go up not down.
The waitress was friendly and served us quickly.
The food was delicious and filet mignon was tasty and tender.

Depending on where you are assigned seating, there was no air conditioning on the lower level dining. There are 2 larger fans blowing but we were a large party placed in the corner and were sweating during dinner. We had to go up to the upper deck in between courses to cool off and went through a little of water.

we both contracted terrible food poisoning from the dinner cruise. we both ordered different dinners so we think it was the she crab soup. I've called and left 2 messages about this and nobody has called back. this was the most frustrating experience, we couldn't eat or drink for 2 days.

The vessel is fine, the dinner is fine, you circle the bay for 2 hours, that's fine, the staff were great. DO NOT buy the souvenir photos for $45. The vendor will charge you and not provide the full service.

The waiter was very efficient. The music was good. The she crab soup was very salty as well as the mashed potatoes. The rest of the dinner was tasty. The environment was great. I am somewhat handicapped but there were no accommodations for parking except a $30 dollar payment.

The ship was nice, beautiful harbor views. Lots of people aboard were celebrating special occasions, didn't expect that but it was cool knowing this was a nice place to be. Did not see any dolphins :( Seated with a (step)mother / daughter and had pleasant conversation off and on with them. Probably wouldn't do it again any time soon, but was a nice activity and way to see cool sunset views of the harbor.

No Notice of parking charges, poor choice of entrees (bad Food), too warm in cabin, terrible music, should have guide and/or information Stewart explaining tour and locational information, drinks and dessert cost out of line, a separate line for pictures to speed up boarding, poor speaker sound and/ or more of them, more waiters to speed up dinner so more time to enjoy tour(too long to have dinner), I could go on, but a wonderful tour marketing and poor service will not survive. Your penitential and product is good, but your follow through is poor.

The signage/directions to the ticket booth need to be a bit clearer as to exactly where to go to get the tickets. The temperature inside the boat could have been a lot cooler. The men’s bathroom was extremely hot. For the price, the desert should have been a part of the meal instead of an added price. Also, they ran out of straws.

Cruise was cancelled, due to boat mechanical issues, however they did not notify anyone until they arrived. So we drove all the way there only to be turned away.

The generator broke & it was announced when we were in line to board the evening cruise! We were told the cruise would stay at the dock. Dinner & music would be delivered. After most cruisers left, the ones who stayed were told that (after 40 Minutes on ship) they fixed the generator & would salvage the cruise. Fort Sumptner was what my husband wanted to cruise by, but this didn’t happen. The cruise personnel were very apologetic & tried to do the best they could with the situation. We wondered why this wasn’t discovered well before the cruise & why a back up generator wasn’t available. We all had to pay for parking to get on the cruise. Due to the Pallmetto parking system, we all had to pay for the entire day ( there was no 3-4 hour parking options).

Good food and a fun atmosphere. The boat pilot really went out of their way to be close by landmarks and beautiful things to look at while eating. Our waitress was excellent and very personable.

We were disappointed The food was mediocre. There is no commentary about the sights. Music was load and hard to talk over. Other than the hum of the boat we could have been at a restaurant. I am disabled and I had to go up and down two sets of steps which was difficult when i could have just been directed to the upper deck for dinner and then been able to go to the outside deck. Prepare to eat with people you do not know but there are tables for two at the windows but I don’t know how you get assigned to those

Nice dinner cruise but the parking situation has changed a lot. I think they need better signs to help people who are visiting. The food was delicious and the entertainment was explosive. She sung all our favorite songs and she sounded amazing. Great customer service also.
