Great experience and such an easy way to get from the port in Civitavecchia to our hotel in Rome. The driver was waiting right outside the port holding a sign with our names, so finding him was simple. Matteo was fantastic. There was an unexpected miscommunication of our change in flight that was not communicated to Matteo and his company. Anyhow, Matteo, found us another driver right on the spot, Paul, and he was fantastic and took us right to our hotel Promptly. Matteo, delivered unparalleled customer service that we don’t see very often in the US. Out first time here in Rome and I am thankful for the first experience being a successful transaction.
