Our provider was Executive Rent. We were a group of 8 and per the agreement we were allowed 1 check bag and one carry on bag each. The driver could not figure out how to get all our luggage in the vehicle so we ended up getting a taxi for 3 of us after we had already paid over 700 euros for this transportation. He then rushed us into the van was closing the door before I was even fully inside, I therefore had to say “do not close the door on me” he then proceeded to drive very fast all the way to Rome, did no speak to anyone. Upon arriving in Rome he took us to wrong destination and tried to drop us off. I told him this was not the address, he proceeded to tell me it was the address he had, I showed him the address that I gave them and he still tried to drop us off. I then took his photo and told him I would dispute the charges for money that I paid with my bank, he then said he would take us to the correct address. I would give zero stars if I could. This is not how you treat visitors to your country. If someone from Viator wants to reach out, I still have his photo.

Sadly this review is not honest and it is full of lies ...
*you did turn up with 11 pieces of checked bags, 3 oversized bag and an incredible amount of carry ons... There are no MInibus able to carry all that luggages and 8 passengers so clearly you cannot address this to the driver...
*from the gps track of the vehicle driver stopped at the address YOU provided and 2 passengers left the vehicle then he proceed to another address where the other part of the group was staying.
About the photos we have pics of the amount of luggages and also a cctv camera in the van
We used Viator throughout our whole trip and I have to say I was quite impressed. They might cost a little bit more but it is worth it. We had five transfers through Viator and they all went very smooth. The drivers were very helpful and communicated throughout the process. Viator made it so easy!
We had a very nice driver who was waiting for us when we disembarked from the Princess Sun cruise ship. Upon arriving in Rome, he pointed out different landmarks in the city.
Driver was excellent, the van was nice and clean, very good experience. He got us to our location quickly and safely.
The company who was picking us up would not wait for us to get off the ship, when I told them that getting off was going slowly, they immediately said they would wait 15 minutes if I agreed to pay the driver $40 in cash. I agreed however, the 15 minutes passed and we were still on the ship, I texted the company and stated that I wanted them to wait for me and I would pay the cost for them to wait. They said no and left, I lost the cost for this pickup and had to pay another company $250 euro to get me to Rome.?

clearly he was not able to wait more and he left

Got to the airport in plenty of time to make our flight.
This was the perfect transfer to the airport. Our friendly driver showed up in front of the terminal and welcomed us. We got a big van with plenty of space and were able to get the airport very quickly like 44 minutes. Thank you again!
Van was clean, air conditioning worked great, nice polite driver. It wasn't an old beater van like we had with our trip to Ephesus.

We were not sent the information from the direct transfer company. We were given the wrong meeting point from Viator. When I called the company to get the right meeting point I was yelled at by their staff member (Roberto). He told me it was my fault and I should have called. We didn’t call because we thought the information from Viator was correct. When we finally figured out where to meet our driver he was very kind. I would not want to book through this company again.

Comfortable large Sprinter van to hold all 8 of us and lots of luggage. 5 big suitcase, 1 carryon and 8 backpacks.

Process was seamless. Our driver (Gregory?) arrived ahead of time at the cruise port with a large passenger van which was spotless. The drive to Rome was pleasant, safe, and he certainly knew how to navigate Roman traffic to get us to the Termini train station on time. He explained some highlights along the way.
