- The 9:30 departure may include a stop at the airport before going to Rome, depending on the destinations of the passengers on that day. This also means that there could be multiple hotel drop-offs.
- KINDLY NOTE: Luggage limit is one large bag and one carry-on per person.

This Worked out great, driver had a sign with my name. Super kind and courteous. Nice Mercedes van. 8 people in total on this ride. We were first to get dropped off so that made it even better. Would not hesitate to book again !

Our driver arrived 15 minutes early & we are so happy to see him at the busy cruise port early while others scrambling, waiting for their pickup. He is an excellent driver, safe driver, the van is comfortable, clean & AC.

This transfer put my family’s life in jeopardy and I will be filing an official complaint. Our driver was driving over 150km/h and weaving through cars. We then got into an issue that our driver cut someone off on the highway who ended up chasing our van and then proceeded to cut us off and brake check us. I ended up getting pictures that I will share with Viator when I captured 140 km/h but there were several times we were at 150 km/h. My wife and kids were in the van with me and no regards for passenger safety, why are companies not restricted to the posted speed limit and keep passengers safe.

Our driver arrived early and was very easy to find right by our cruise ship. We were welcomed with a cold bottle of water and a very comfortable drive. After dropping the other passengers off at the airport, the driver offered to drive us by the colosseum if we had time in our schedule. We happily accepted the offer and he gave us a mini tour of Rome, telling us where to take the best pictures. At the colosseum, he pulled over at the best picture location and encouraged us to get out for a picture. He even played photographers for us! We were then delivered to the door of our hotel. Highly recommended this transfer!

Our overall experience was amazing. Our driver picked us up on time and dropped us off at our location without any issues. The van was clean and cool, providing us with a comfortable ride to our hotel. The driver assisted us with loading and unloading our very heavy bags. He shook our hands upon pickup and again at drop-off, which was a nice touch.

Excellent service. Met by our very helpful and friendly driver Vlad at exact location as advised.
He stopped at a spot with the best views of Roma to allow us to take photos. Gave us small commentary /history of some of the buildings we passed on way to hotel and even suggested places to eat and helped us with our bags at the hotel.
Highly recommend using this service.

The driver was on time & the ride was smooth. The minivan was full, with 6 passengers (3 parties) but with adequate comfort. Good communication channel & the office was responsive before the transfer.

The driver was over 25 minutes late to pick us up, with no communication and no answer from the 2 phone numbers listed by the operator. Incredibly stressful and frustrating. I would NOT recommend.

I wish I could remember our amazing driver's name! He has been working for this company for 4 years and drove construction vehicles before that. He was kind, friendly, informative and a great driver! He was on time and located the three couples sharing the shuttle quickly. He shared great information about Rome with us as well. It was such an enjoyable experience!

Pier to hotel with no bus to train to taxi changes- just get on the van & go. Driver was there on time & dropped us off at the door of our hotel. Three other couples shared the ride but the third couple were also staying at our hotel. This transfer was as seamless as I’d hoped - except for the Rome traffic. Well worth the cost!

If you're stop on the shared ride is last, It might take a while to get to your final destination. We cionsidered it a city tour. It was worht it to save a few bucks.

We went straight to the Airport so was first stop.
If you are going into Rome you may have to go to the Airport first.
Excellent driver provided cold water as it was very hot.

Reliable transfer, it was a shared minibus, but we didn’t realise we’d have to go to the airport, with another couple before we transferred to Rome. So the trip took longer. It was ok because our Rome tour was in the afternoon, but if it had been in the morning, we may have been late for it or missed it. This needs to be made clearer when booking. I think the transfers should go to one place, not Rome and the airport. Also, we waited half an hour for the driver, there were 2 exits at the port, we were at one and he was at the other. I walked up and down the line a few times. I think the driver should have done this, he knows the port better than we do and knows there is more than one exit. We did reach our hotel eventually.

Our driver picked us right on the dockside of the ship from our cruise. He was on time and even gave us water because it was extremely hot outside. They communicated very well and the transfer was stress free.

I was under the impression I’d booked a private airport transfer from the Rome dock to the Rome airport, but when my husband & I were ready to leave, we were 15 minutes late. It turns out other passengers were booked on this transfer necessitating that they leave us! I paid almost $300 for this transfer, and Viator nor the provider will refund my money. Very disappointed/ at the least I thought they could have sent over another driver since we were late. So, end result, we paid double for our airport transfer.

Pickup for this shared transfer was scheduled for **7:00 AM**, and for shared services guests are required to be at the meeting point **15 minutes earlier** to avoid delays for the rest of the group.
On that morning, we departed at **7:20 AM**, which means other passengers had already been kept waiting far longer than they should have been. Unfortunately, we don’t have a confirmed timestamp of when you arrived at the meeting point, but at the time of departure you were not there, and we could not delay the vehicle any further without impacting the other guests’ schedules.
For this reason, we feel a **1‑star review is unfair**, as the transfer operated as a shared service is designed to operate: on time, with respect for all passengers. About sending another van: we understand why you expected that, but a second vehicle is not included in a shared service and, at that point, it becomes a new last‑minute private transfer, with additional costs. We’re truly sorry you felt disappointed, and we always recommend double-checking at booking whether the option is shared or private, so there are no surprises.

Don't expect a scenic ride. Boat was crowded, windows dirty, couldn't see out.
Thought the taxi would dop us at our hotel's private pier, but got dumped at Rialto public pier, resulting in wrestling our luggage over many steps in the afternoon heat.

Nice van. Driver (Daniele) contacted me the night before to confirm. It only took about 90 min to get from the cruise port at Civitavecchia to my hotel in Rome and that included dropping people off at FCO first. I was picked up directly in front of the ship which was nice.

The driver picked us up on the dock by the ship on time and was very cordial. We picked up two other couples nearby and drove directly to the city where we were all dropped off at our respective hotels.
