From the moment we landed at Fiumicino Airport, the bus transfer into Rome city centre was an absolute dream. After a long flight, the last thing we wanted was to worry about taxis or trains – and this service made everything incredibly easy and relaxing.
We found the bus stop right outside the arrivals terminal with clear signs, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Boarding was quick, the bus was clean, air-conditioned (a lifesaver in the August heat!), and the seats were comfortable.
The journey took about 45 minutes, and along the way, we got views of Italy – rolling countryside, charming suburbs, and eventually the stunning skyline of Rome. The drop-off location was perfectly central, just a short distance from our hotel near Termini Station.
What really stood out was the convenience and value for money. For just a few euros, we got a reliable, safe, and comfortable transfer without any stress. Way better than navigating public transport after a flight!
Highly recommended for anyone flying into Fiumicino – it’s the perfect introduction to the Eternal City. Would absolutely use it again on our next visit. Grazie mille!

Once we had found the bus stop, after a short walk, we had no problems getting to Rome city centre, a comfortable ride.

There should be a display on the bus to show which stop you are at so you don’t get off at the wrong stop

Great experience! bus runs frequently (15-20 minutes). Nice, clean and comfortable bus with plenty of room. Ticket booth and line assistants were very helpful. The trip only took about 45 minutes.

It is not the operator's fault but the airport doe not number the columns until about 30 meters outside the exit. If you just take a right and keep walking you will find the numbered columns. They are now located at # 18. Nice service. Less crowded and less hassle dealing with luggage than the train. Solid value

It was difficult to locate the bus bay. The instructions on the message were not clear enough. We arrived at the airport past midnight. There were no one to guide us to de bus bay. A friendly italian who was picking up his wife on its own car was kind to help us reach the bus bay. We almost lost the transport.
The crew was not friendly, we asked the bus driver if he new how cot et a transport downtown to our hotel and he was rude in his answer telling us he didn't know.

It was difficult and confusing to find the place to get the bus. I eventually took a taxi. There was no signage a the entrance to terminal 3.

It was economical and hassle free. We asked a couple different people along the way how to find the right bus bay. When it’s busy, you may have to wait 1/2 hour for the next bus. I’d do it again.

The signs to the terravision bus were not clear. We only found it because we asked other people where to go. The ride was comfortable but the loud music was not necessary especially at night when people may want to rest.

Booked the wrong airport and asked for assistance in changing and received absolutely no response at the airport or via viator. In fact the staff at the airport were extremely rude and unprofessional.

It was the most convenient way to get you to the center without any hassle. I just hope it has a bigger sign so it would be easier to look for the correct bus. Other than that, everything was perfect - good air conditioning, nice chair, clean bus and cheaper. Will recommend.

Easy to find, simple to use. You need to make sure you understand the city centre drop off location in relation to your hotel- we had quite the walk with a heavy suitcase.

The price of this travel is inexpensive. Finding the bus location is relatively easy. I only gave 3 stars because the seats were uncomfortable and the driver had the radio blasting which was annoying.

Not for people traveling with anyone unable to carry their own luggage over uneven terrain. We traveled with friends, one of which has rheumatoid arthritis. On even floors and sidewalks, handling her bags was fine, but around Rome’s airport are stone walkways. Because of this, she struggled quite a bit to carry her bags to the pickup point. No one was able to help her because everyone else had their own bags. We then all got over the cobblestone, we unfortunately we were unable to locate the shuttle pickup area. We ended up calling an uber.

Easy to use voucher for bus ticket from airport to Termini train station. A Taxi costs about 55 Euros, so this is a great deal. You go to the bus area outside and look for the bus company stall. We had a reservation but our airline was delayed by 4 hours. No problem, they still accepted the tickets. Comfortable ride , no stress! You can catch the Metro , train or Uber from Termini.
