The driver was waiting for us as advertised and was holding a sign with our names on it. He even took a picture of the sign and texted it to me which helped me to know exactly where he was waiting amongst the many other travelers organizating their transportation.

This is the 2nd time we booked a cruise ship transfer with Executive Rent through Viator and we are even happier with them this round. The company maintained great communication channels upon booking and confirmed the pickup time and location once more the night before the pickup. Our driver came early and found us in the lobby of the hotel - he was extremely nice and professional and helped us with our luggage. Exceptional service! Our driver Antonio arrived early to our hotel and met us in the lobby, and assisted us with our bags. Very polite and courteous. We rode in a very comfortable Mercedes station wagon with plenty of legroom and were provided complimentary water bottles. Got to our destination safely and on time.

This is the only way to travel to the Port as far as I am concerned! If you like to hit the "easy" button on disembarkation day, than you MUST ask for Antonio!! He knew how to avoid the streets being shutdown for the big marathon allowing us to reach the Port very timely. He answered questions along the way making the trip super enjoyable. We would definitely book with Viator again!!

Our driver picked us up right in front of our hotel by the Vatican. Van was spacious and cool. The drive is very beautiful. Our driver was very friendly and pointed out some highlights along the way. Dropped us off right in front of the cruise terminal. Helped us load and unload our luggage and even made sure during pickup and drop off we had all of our items including phones and passports!
