Nikko was a wonderful driver. Polite. Helpful. Friendly. He communicated well via text to inform us of his airport whereabouts. He pushed our luggage cart to the car and loaded bags neatly in the trunk. The car was clean and comfortable. He provided us with badly needed bottles of water, without us having to ask. Attentive on the road. Pointed out historic sites as we entered Rome. Definitely recommend the service.

We were very happy with our experience. Our driver arrived on time at the Limo pickup area of the FCO. We had given ourselves an extra hour to clear the new EES in Rome, but things went very smoothly and we probably could have arranged the pickup for a bit earlier, but wanted to ensure we didn't miss our ride. The driver was polite and businesslike and led us to our Mercedes Van for our drive into the heart of old Rome. It was a hot July day, he provided us with a fresh, cold bottle of water and a safe and peaceful air conditioned ride to our rental. We used this company again for our return airport trip. Very good service.

The company decided to cancel and refund the money without anyone notification. They did the same to my friend and his reservation at the same time. No one available to speak to. Ended up having to find new transportation after being stranded at the airport.

Highly recommend using this service! It was super efficient and a great way to transport us directly from the airport to our VRBO. We had Giancarlo and he was fabulous! This was so hassle free and worth the money.

Exceptional from start to finish. Driver Nico waited at arrivals with iPad signage — easy to spot after a long flight. He immediately grabbed all our luggage and loaded the van without us lifting a finger. The A/C was already running before we stepped in — a thoughtful touch. Water and snacks were provided for the journey. Professional, punctual, and genuinely warm. Limoandgo delivered us directly to our hotel door without a single stress. Highly recommend — will book again on our next Rome visit. I have already shared with my travel group.

Our transfer experience with Niccko was excellent. He called while we were waiting for our baggage to explain where he was located (meeting point 2). He was friendly (telling us about the neighborhoods we were driving through on the way to our hotel), efficient (we made it to our hotel quickly despite the traffic), and professional. We would definitely use this transfer service again.

Excellent communication even with delayed flights. It can get hectic in customs and luggage and our driver told us to take our time, relax and he would be there waiting…he was with a sign after we followed the directions and pictures of where he would be! Knew we were exhausted so kept the chit chat to a minimum which for us was amazing!!!

This is the second time I've booked a car, and the second time I've had to take alternate transport. Forget the car, take the bus to Termini Station instead. By the time we got out of customs (a two hour line up), our car was gone. It was a not so comedy of errors including missed messages, etc.

We are sorry for what happened but unfortunately our maximum waiting is an hour and a half also because this is the maximum time that our car can stay in the parking lot, as far as customs is concerned it is not our fault but it is not possible to do such a long service, so many that surely the driver wrote to you to ask you where she was, we are very sorry next time maybe the sticker will request a different time given the customs disservice

We waited for an hour at the Limo pickup area and never ever saw our driver or anyone from Viator in the area. Calls were made to no avail. Finally had to take TAXI to our hotel in Central Park area for 150 Euro. NOT HAPPY. I will be requesting a REFUND and notification will be made to our credit card company.
