Nikko was a wonderful driver. Polite. Helpful. Friendly. He communicated well via text to inform us of his airport whereabouts. He pushed our luggage cart to the car and loaded bags neatly in the trunk. The car was clean and comfortable. He provided us with badly needed bottles of water, without us having to ask. Attentive on the road. Pointed out historic sites as we entered Rome. Definitely recommend the service.

Fabio was our driver from the airport to the hotel. He made sure our ride was informative of what to do while visiting Rome as well as professional.
It was great, the young lady did a wonderful job! And she gave enough time to take pictures also. Very informative and she was extremely detailed. Also, given that there was so much traffic she was very careful.
Massimo was waiting in the limo pickup area. It was a pleasant and relaxing ride into the center city of Rome.

The driver had my name clearly marked on a placard and was easy to find. We walk to the the car and he had us at the hotel in 30 minutes. Very professional!
Horrible experience, our transport made us walk about 20 minutes with our luggage. Complained about the amount of luggage we had. We were stuffed into a vehicle with some of our luggage on our laps.

The driver took you to the authorized parking lot plus 1 minute away nearby I remind you that 1 large and 1 small luggage per person is allowed if you have brought more luggage with you the driver has done you a favor to continue the journey I find your comment not very useful and discriminatory
The driver did not show up to pick us up for our ride. We had to find other transportation to our hotel from the airport. He called us when our plane landed, but I told him that we had not yet picked up our baggage. When I tried to call him back when we picked up our baggage, he did not answer our phone call and he was not there holding a sign to pick us up. We are very disappointed and want a refund.
Driver never showed up. Company never answered calls and text. After over 2 hours of trying to get in contact with them, ended up taking a taxi. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Great way to get from the airport to the hotel. Our driver contacted me to let me know where he was waiting. After getting our bags we easily found him holding a sign with our name on it.
Driver never arrived at airport. Never answered phone calls. Service was a disgrace. We ended up taking an uber.
The pickup area at FCO is a little chaotic but our driver Alex made finding him a breeze! The ride to the hotel was smooth and comfortable.

We tried numerous times to contact by Viator and anyone else, but no one responded. There was no assistance or help to be had.
We were traveling with a disabled personally, who was in severe pain waiting that long. There was no response from Viator EVER no words or refund were sent to us. This way the worst experience we had in a foreign country. Very sad when you consider that we went to the trouble to have a private transfer so everyone would be taking care of it properly and no one showed up and no one called and we were left to find another transportation on our own.
We arrived at 1130pm.
Eddie communicated with us before we reached customs and was a joy to see after a ling flight.
He was helpful with luggage, friendly to talk to and became our unofficial first tour guide as we entered Rome at night.
Glad I booked this.

Our Driver was waiting with a sign for us when we arrived. Took our bags and were in the car on our way to the hotel quickly.
Driver was courteous and right on time to meet us on arrival. Was waiting in the inbound baggage area with our name.
Driver was easy to spot when we left baggage claim. He transported all the luggage to the van and had cold water for us for the ride.
Driver waited for us even though we were quite late. He made luggage fit even though we had a lot including a scooter
The driver was STOPPED BY THE POLICE , on his way to collect us .. he was 1.5 hours late

Driver was on time waiting for us in baggage claim. Great driver and made everything easy. Definitely use again
Good experience, nice car, but the driver didn’t help with our bags and we had to put them in the car ourselves because he couldn’t figure out how to make them fit in the trunk. It was only 3 bags all he had to do was think about a puzzle. Smooth ride in though.
