Damiano was Excellent! He was waiting for us and it was great to not have to worry about transportation after a long flight. He helped us to the car and it was a quick trip to our daughter’s home. He was very pleasant and friendly. We will definitely use your car service again.

Driver was 1.5 hrs late and we sat in the back of a van sweating. The van air conditioner did not work and it was 90 degrees outside. In retrospect, we could have taken the train and arrived at our hotel in Rome quicker and much less cost with air conditioning. I will say we have been loyal to Viator with all of our Transfers and numerous excursions in the past, but this one was a failure on their part.

Driver Andrea was great no concerns with him at all. However we were confirmed via email with another driver - no one was at the pick up area. Called the driver’s number we were provided and he said he was not our driver. Had to make more than one long distance call to get someone to solve the problem and send another driver. After a long wait in customs we waited for an additional 45 minutes for the pre-booked, pre-confirmed ride.

Our driver was very patient. We landed a little early but getting through border control took over an hr. Then we got confused as to where to meet him. But we communicted with the driver the entire time. Once we met him there was no attitude or bad energy. He was very polite and professional.

Our flight kept getting postponed and finally got cancelled, due to weather and issues with American Airlines. I was able to contact our transfer, each step of the way and they were very accommodating.
When we ended up arriving a day later than expected, our driver was there waiting for us, with a smile. He was professional and got us to our hotel, without issue.
The level of accommodation, with our flight issues was above and beyond.
I would recommend to anyone and we will use again, on future trips.

Carlo was exactly where he said he would be. I just missed him, but he found me and I immediately felt rescued in the very crowded airport! I followed him out to the limo and he gave me a bottle of water and had me sit in a very comfortable limo van. I felt very taken care of and happy I didn’t have to negotiate finding and getting a cab to my destination. I would definitely recommend VIATOR as a way to get from the crowded airport to your destination.

I was concerned when I found out my flight was delayed almost 2 hours and of course the new EES delays at the border control. But , firstly I was contacted one before I departed US, who my driver was going to be and with all my concerns, I was assured that my flight was been monitored and should not worry. Sure enough, just as soon as I arrived my phone rang and it was my driver, Roberto checking on me. Told me not to worry, and even sent me a picture of him so as to know what he looks like. Our driver was friendly, communcative, and accommodating. Even though our flight arrived late because of delays, he made sure to wait for us when we arrived and told us where to find him. It was a bit of a walk to get to the van from the arrival gate, but overall a pleasant experience.
