If you fail to message or whatsapp the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

Edoardo was terrific. Could not have asked for better communication or better signage when coming out after picking up our luggage. So Polite, the car was very clean. Great details about getting to the hotel. So personable so glad that we got him as our driver. Would highly recommend the same to anyone.

Eduardo is a wonderful and experienced driver. The streets of Rome are very congested and Eduardo navigated through like a professional! Car was an Audi and very comfortable and clean. We were able to fit two very large suitcases ( the overweight kind) and two large carry-ons. Eduardo provided us with water and snacks if we wanted any.
Everything went very smoothly! The nice man was waiting with a sign that had our name on it just outside of baggage claim. Took us right to the hotel and took our bags inside for us. It was so nice after a 14 hour travel day!
Great experience! My driver sent me a message as soon as I landed & we communicated through every step of the way from deplaning to pick up point. There was a lot of traffic (traffic jam), but he knew the city well & was able to go around it. Got us to our hotel safely.

Our driver was very pleasant. We opted in for the 1 hour tour on the way to our hotel in Rome and he was very knowledgeable. Stopped for picture spots and gave us great information. Even stopped at a coffee shop so we could try some Italian coffee ! Got us to our hotel safe, we don’t know how he navigated those narrow Rome streets and made it look easy, but he did. Would definitely recommend this booking.
It is not a curbside or easy access service. We had to walk a good ways and wait while the driver went to get his vehicle from the parking deck.

Thanks for your review, but the Uber black MUST respect the same our rules so no curbside pick up....
there is no curbside pick up for any passengers because of the airport rules and ALL operators must stick to the rules
While the actual driver was great the customer service representative Gian Paola was incredibly rude! Very disrespectful, angeimen, and was not helpful at all! He needs training in professionalism asap if he is to continue working for the company.

Lorenzo posocca was a great tour. He was very informative and courteous. He was also patient with my husband, he is handicapped.

Our driver Ali took us on a semi scenic route on our way to the hotel that was absolutely phenomenal. Highly knowledgeable, extremely friendly and would absolutely recommend!
The reckless driving but not all drivers drive like this one. We hav had many drivers and they were great

Easy to find driver. Holding sign right outside baggage claim. Vehicle was larger than expected. Driver was very helpful with luggage. Also called ahead to hotel to have someone meet us since vehicles were not allowed on street in front of hotel. Great experience.
Enjoyed the private ride from the airport to our Rome hotel. We had a lot of luggage and Roberto helped with it.

We had such a great experience using this private transfer from the airport to our hotel. Maurizzio was so professional and extremely nice! Our flight got delayed for about 30 minutes and the passport control was super long. Maurizzio waited for us and stayed communicated throughout the whole time until we were able to come out. He was so easy to communicate with and super friendly! Thank you, Maurizzio!
Our transfer driver was 30 mins late. When I called the office to what was happening the man on the other end was very rude and short. He made it seem that it was my fault the driver was late.
I would not recommend Viator for a rome transfer. I’ve had no problems any in other country.

After a flight cancellation - 24 hour delay - very accommodating and right there when we walked out! Pointed out sights - all nice and clean.

This company was so responsive and our driver was great. We were worried about the new entry exit system and the amount of time in immigration. Messaging them on Viator got us very quick replies. I would definitely use this service again!
Edoardo was wonderful. Our flight was delayed significantly but he was still on time, communicative, and shared interesting facts about Rome on the way to our Airbnb. He also gave some recommendations for us. I’d highly recommend the service. Well worth the extra dollars to not stand in line for a taxi or train.
The driver was fine. What was extremely disappointing was the 25 minute walk to the car! They never mentioned it was that kind of walk. My husband isn't used to that. It should have been mentioned it wasn't curb side. Lesson learned I'll ask next time we use any form of transportation

Good morning thanks for your review but 25 minutes walk is not true ... also NO ONE can get a curb side transportation... this is an airport rule ... we have to park where the Airport Authority tell us to park
Beautiful views of Rome. Great first intro to location of monuments, particularly if you need to fill time between airport landing and hotel check-in.
My flight was pushed back by 3 hours by the airline.As soon as I found out I rang the transfer provider to notify them. The person I spoke to at customer service was so rude and obnoxious and simply told me that I had to pay another 30 Euros why I dont understand as he allready knew that the flight had changed and it should have been just a rescheduling of the pick up time.
It simply suckes that I had to pay another 30 Euros cash as it was not my fault that the airline changed the flight time.
Not happy!!!

unfortunately is not like this...
you changed the flight at the very last minute (in fact driver was already at the airport for you...) hence instead of declaring you a no show as a gesture of goodwill we asked for a little extra...
Our driver was waiting exactly where we were told he would be, holding a sign with my name on it. Even though he had to park far from the meeting point, he still helped my wife with her luggage. He also had cold water ready for us in the car, which was especially thoughtful on such a hot day.
During the ride to the hotel, he shared information about the different places we were passing, which made the drive more enjoyable. He was a careful driver, never sped, and we felt safe the entire time. He got us to the hotel without any issues, unloaded our luggage, and everything went smoothly.
Driver was waiting for us when we arrived, helped carry our bags, loaded and unloaded them to/from the vehicle for ys, and drove us safely and comfortably to the hotel. Also pointed out some sights on our drive. Highly recommend.
Driver was awesome! Was waiting just outside of customs as advertised. Took our two big bags and wheeled them to the car and loaded them for us. Was very personable during the drive. Would most definitely use again. Thanks!
