So many thanks to Hugo, our scholarly guide!

This was an amazing experience due in great part to our wonderful guide, Hugo. We gained a much deeper appreciation and understanding of Sintra and the other sights we explored thanks to his impressive knowledge and his passion for the history and beauty of this part of Portugal. He engaged with each of the eight of us, and was especially attentive to two young children in our group. I would highly recommend Hugo to anyone. My wife and I have done quite a bit of traveling in recent years, and Hugo is among the very best guides with whom we have had the pleasure of working. We have been in Spain and Portugal for about three weeks and have had many great experiences, but today’s trip was one that we will always remember and cherish.

Fantastic Tour

We took an electric tuk-tuk tour in Lisbon today. We had the best time as Baltazar, our tour guide and driver as he navigated the city’s notoriously steep hills, narrow cobblestone alleys, and historic quarters where regular tour buses cannot fit and he’s very knowledgeable and entertaining. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 5! I highly recommend this.

Exceeded Our Expectations.

You may be overwhelmed with the information provided., especially in a city that has been here for centuries. ,Nuno Mirandes, our guide took us places and provided information we were not even aware of. A secret bar, the world's oldest bookstore, the first place the custard tarts were made, still made by hand, and still being sold (Belem), FactoryLX, etc. Our guide's personal connections with the city added a dimension to the tour. Everywhere we stopped, he was greeted and we were swept along. He asked what we were interested in and used that to guide our tour. Truly exceptional.

Great experience!

The ride out to Sintra was pleasant, less than an hour. Andy was a great guide, full of knowledge about Portugal history and made the ride very enjoyable. Sintra and Pena palace were as beautiful as all the pictures. This tour also has enough free time to shop in town and enjoy a lunch in Cascais. Definitely recommend!

Had an amazing experience!!

What an absolutely unforgettable experience in the Douro Valley! Our guide Carlos truly made the entire day so special from beginning to end. He was full of optimism, positivity, and such great energy, and you could immediately tell how much he genuinely enjoys what he does. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Douro Valley, Portuguese history, wine, culture, and the different places we visited, but what we loved most was the way he shared everything. He was relatable, engaging, funny, and so easy to talk to, which made the whole experience feel much more personal. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable, entertained, and enjoying themselves. He was patient with questions, attentive to the entire group, and always had something interesting or funny to add. His enthusiasm was contagious, and his positive personality really set the tone for the whole day. We laughed so much and learned so much at the same time! The Douro Valley itself is absolutely breathtaking, but having such a wonderful guide made the experience ten times better. By the end of the tour, it honestly felt more like we had spent the day exploring Portugal with a knowledgeable local friend rather than simply being on a tour. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal, and we will remember it for a very long time. If you are lucky enough to have him as your guide, you are in for an amazing day. Great Food Great Tour!

We did this tour as soon as we landed in Lisbon. Carlos was a great tour guide. He got us acclimated to the city, explained to us the history, and of course, fed us some amazing food. We got to sample authentic Portuguese food and wine, which was delicious. I highly recommend this to start off your trip.
