- In case of client's delay, the activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.
- Tuk tuks are booked privately, and the price is fixed according to the number of tuk tuks required for the group, the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk tuk.
- Tuk tuks don't have trunks, so they can't carry strollers, wheelchairs, suitcases, or large items.
- For security reasons, no pets or animals are allowed.
- Tours are conducted in rain or heat and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.
- Tours are designed to take the indicated route, and make a series of stop/s already preset, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. Tours cannot be modified, and neither can the photo stops.
- The vehicles are suitable for the elderly, and our drivers will assist them with boarding if necessary.
- Due to local regulations, the tour covers the main historical landmarks and viewpoints accessible by vehicle, offering panoramic views not available on foot.
- For the 3- and 4-hour options, we also offer pickup at the Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). We'll send you a message the day before your tour to select your pickup point: Time Out Market or Lisbon Cruise Port (Jardim do Tabaco Quay). For pick-up at the cruise port, please remain next to the passenger departure port of the main building, without leaving the terminal.

We had such a great experience on our tuk-tuk tour! We booked the 1-hour tour, which was the perfect length for our family and allowed our 2.5-year-old to enjoy the experience without getting restless. If it had been just adults (or without a toddler), we easily would have booked a longer tour!
Our guide, José Miguel, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. He shared so much interesting history along the way and made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed.
We would absolutely recommend this tour, especially José Miguel as a guide! A great way to see and learn about Lisbon without having to tackle all the hills on foot. 🇵🇹

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask for Victor!
We had an excellent experience with Eco Tuk Tuk, and Vitor was a huge part of what made our tour so enjoyable. He has a great personality; fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. The history he shared throughout the tour was genuinely interesting and informative without ever feeling like too much.
We made several stops along the way, and Vitor even took some really nice photos of us. The entire tour felt perfectly paced. We never felt rushed, but we also never felt like we were just sitting around wasting time.
One thing we really appreciated was that his recommendations felt genuine. There was never any pressure to visit or purchase from certain places, which can sometimes happen on tours. He simply made suggestions, gave us information, and allowed us to decide what interested us.
The icing on the cake was at the end of the tour when Vitor gave us his contact information and told us to reach out if we needed any additional help while in Portugal. That extra level of hospitality really stood out.
We would absolutely request Vitor again, and when our friends and family visit Portugal, we’ll be telling them to ask for Vitor by name! Highly recommend!

We had just a day to see Lisbon and wanted to find a way that would work with our group of 3 generations (20s, 50s, and 80s). We decided to go with Eco Tuk Tuk and we are so glad we did! We had such an excellent time with Douglas. He was a great tour guide and just a really nice guy. We took the 2 hour tour and it was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

Where to begin? Communication from Viator prior to the tour was excellent! It even included a photo of the entrance point for the pickup location. Oliver was our tour guide. He was knowledgeable, fun, and a great driver! (We were impressed with how courteous he was to other drivers and pedestrians.) Our 2 hours flew by! We saw many fun sites from beautiful lookout points and churches to backstreet neighborhoods. All of it was much more meaningful with Oliver's ongoing narrative. The tour was a perfect overview for us! Since we are both in our late 70's, this tour allowed us to see more of Lisbon than we ever would have on our own.

My guide, Andre, provided exceptional customer service. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and constantly checked in to ensure all questions were answered. This tour makes you feel incredibly welcomed and fully prepared to start your vacation. It provides all the essential context, info, and local tips you need to navigate the city. The first level of parking garage is the meeting spot. The arrow made me think the office was on another floor.

The tour itself worked well, and I have no problem with it. But Viator needs to be clearer about what is being offered. The original tour was for 1–4 hours for £61.40. I assumed the length of the tour would be confirmed or negotiated later on. It wasn't: I had an email telling me I'd opted for a one hour tour. This is not correct. A one hour tour for £61.40 is a different value-for-money option than what was initially advertised.

Hugo was friendly, knowledgeable, down to earth and offered a great deal of helpful advice and tips and must sees when in Lisbon and traveling throught different parts of Portugal. The tour felt so customized and he was able to provide a wealth of football knowledge as well which we loved. His food recommendations were 10/10. This was a very safe ride and they had a car seat available for the 2 year old and a booster seat for the 6 year old. Was very safe and secure and accommodating to the needs of young ones. I would highly recommend this as a good starting point in getting to see the highlights of Lisbon and then using is as a starting point to visiting all other tourist sites and attractions. Thank you for a great experience, we loved every minute of it!

This was our first time on a tuktuk and Carlos (C) was a knowledgeable and experienced guide for the Lisbon tourist spots. Being with 2 elders we would have had a very hard time getting to all the tourist spots considering the hills all over Lisbon and the way drivers drive can be pretty scary. We definitely came away knowing about and appreciating Lisbon and Portugal more. C drove safely and it wasn't as bumpy as it could have been on a tuktuk. We also requested a specific stop that wasn't part of the tour (but was kind of on the way) and C accommodated us so we can get a picture there. There are lots of tuktuks around but the safety taken, and knowledge shared makes this tour worth it.

It’s invaluable on a first visit to Lisbon. We did this with our 2 children…older teenagers on our first full day there and it was fantastic!! André our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable, and made the trip really interesting and memorable for us all. He stopped at certain points to let us get off and show us sights or look at views in the main areas. He’s amazing and has lived in Lisbon a while. Then we knew where we would want to go and explore further afterwards on our own for the rest of our trip. Best trip ever. You should book it! Thanks again Andre.

My friends and I had a wonderful time with Arthur as our guide. He took us around the city and gave excellent information about the different areas and historical significance of it. He also took us to a couple of beautiful viewpoints in the city. I would definitely recommend a city tour with Arthur and the eco tuktuk company. Our family of ages 7 to 76 had an absolutely wonderful tour of Lisbon with Andre and his fellow guide. They did an incredible job bringing the city's story, people and history to life in a way that kept everyone engaged—from the youngest to the oldest in our group.
Their knowledge was impressive, but what really stood out was their kindness, enthusiasm, and ability to make the history and sites both fascinating and fun. They gave us a fantastic introduction to Lisbon, leaving us excited to explore even more during our stay.
